The location right in the heart of Tam Coc is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get to surrounding restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff, from the bellmen to the receptionists and restaurant staff, are all very friendly. Thankfully, the food was delicious and suited my taste. The massage service was also quite good. This will definitely be my choice of accommodation when I have the chance to visit Tam Coc again ❤️

Overall, the hotel has a nice design, enthusiastic staff, good breakfast. But looking at the details, the hotel is not clean enough. The toilet is yellow, and it's old in many places. Towel has stains. Dirty swimming pool cannot be used. Room sprayer 604 damaged - weak.

Tuyệt vời, nhân viên rất nhiệt tình thân thiện. Chất lượng dịch vụ 5 sao. Hồ bơi mùa này tháng 11 hơi lạnh nếu có làm nóng thì sẽ tuyệt vời hơn nữa.

The hotel has everything that my family needs when staying here. A big plus is that the hotel is very attentive to babies, thoughtfully arranging both baby cots for small children and chairs in the bathroom for older children to go to the toilet and wash their hands. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Hotel location is near Tam Coc area (5 minutes walk). My family had a great experience here and will definitely choose to return in the next trip to Ninh Binh.

Friendly staff, very good facilities. However when I book a room qa traveloka the recording room is half-board, which includes lunch or dinner. When I checked in, the hotel said there was no such meal ?! 150k / rent a motorbike but it is limited to 24 hours as other hotels. Breakfast varied, dinner was quite long. With the price of 3 million VND / night I was hoping for a more perfect, when entering the room is very hot to call the staff to fix the condition.

The best place to stay in Ninh Binh. Location not far from hip cafes. Facilities are top notch. The best part of the trip is the Tour Operator, Jessi, who was super helpful and thoughtful. She organized a custom-made travel plan for us and made our stay in Ninh Binh a memorable one.
