As we strive to provide the highest level of service every day, we truly regret to learn that your experience was not as pleasant as you felt. However, the day you reserved room with us, we already blocked special suite room for you. We welcomed you with warmth then your room was ready. However, since we were not able to find your preferences on your reservation that you would like to have suite near by receptionist, after you have checked in we were helping you to find another suite which taking minutes to be ready.
Once again, we thank you for being our guest and sincerely apologized for our shortcomings. We really do hope to provide you a future stay without any problems and to show you the art of our well know service.
