I booked 2 nights here but when I checked in, the staff told me they couldn't find the booking and then ignored me and didn't help me. They sat down to do other things and didn't check again. Then I had to find another staff and ask them to check again and they found my room booking. The room service staff didn't change the blankets and didn't clean the room. Extremely bad service

The location is different on the map. It said the address at taipei. Actually at taoyuan. We were confused when we ordered uber. Hedo and lee room.

It's easy to go anywhere.

The room was small but clean. It 's good location for transit, a lot of food around there. And there 's a shopping mall too.

The hotel is very good. Ten full marks. If definitely coming again, definitely stay here again.

The reception staff are smiling, lovely, clean, convenient to travel.

The room is awesome and comfy. The staffs are very accommodating and they even pack food & book a taxi for me since I have an early flight. It’s a great experience to stay in Taoyuang Hedo Hotel. Highly recommended!
