I worked in the front desk to check in and I was told that a $50 fee must be hold on my card. There payment system will not accept my card and as a result I was told that I will not be able to get my room keys as a result.
At this point I already booked my hotel through Hotels.Com. Called my bank and they confirmed that there’s enough money on the card to covered the $50 hold fee. Called Hotel.Com and I was told by the agent that I have to wait until Monday to resolve the issue. I have no where to go to spend the night. An hour goes by sitting there thinking what to do next. I was ready to leave and then Bailee, the Front Desk Agent asked me to try and insert the card again to see if it would work this time. I guess she configured the computer. Suddenly, the payment when through after an hour plus. It was all out a very bad service and experience.
