No handicapped parking due to construction I guess at least it was roped off

Front desk not staffed for several hours; parking lot needed attention mostly snow/winter storm related.

Front desk staff was very pleasant and let us check in a bit early, which was very nice. Our room was large and roomy, with comfortable beds.

Clean , large room, quiet, excellent breakfast $15 charge for parking. 1/2 mile from art museum The one complaint is the strong message to sign in online and bypass desk. Room keys obsolete. And yet, the app and system were nonfunctional the day I received the message and eve next day (=check-in day) They need to shore up their tech because it gives a bad impression
