The water heater was inconsistent, sometimes hot, sometimes cold. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Not worth the price.

The room is spacious but quite old. The bathroom has no ventilation fan, so it's a bit stuffy. The air conditioner is noisy and doesn't cool very well.

The hotel is located in a deep, rather dark alley. My friend who drove me there even said it was quite deserted. But once we arrived, it was near the university's sports field, brightly lit, and students were playing soccer, so it wasn't scary. If you don't have a car, I recommend buying necessities before checking in because once you arrive, you go straight to your room and there's nowhere to walk around. There's a convenience store open, but it has specific opening and closing times. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice scent. The bed was clean, and the sheets were white. I didn't have breakfast because the main menu that day was stir-fried noodles. Overall, it was okay. Quiet and peaceful, and the price was good. If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel that offers good value for money, I think this place is perfect.

Everything is good. The room smells clean. Every room has private Wi-Fi. Very impressive. The room is big, the floor is clean, the towels and sheets are very clean. But I came alone and asked for a big bed, but got a double bed. It may be my fault that I chose the wrong one, but I slept very well.
