Friendly staff, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Pool was closed which was the only downside, but would definitely stay here again. And would recommend to others

Yikes! First off, did not get anywhere close to the room I thought I booked. The room smelled like cigarettes and was freezing cold. The smoke alarm had a plastic bag wrapped around it for the smokers they must let in! We asked the worker about the heat so he turned it up on his end because my husband complained. It took a very long time to get the room half decent and one of the 2 old heaters did not work at all! The room was in pretty scabby shape. Walls had damage and everything dated. No hairdryer even. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. No extra blankets so thank god I brought some from home or I would have froze to death. Also, there was blood on the corner of the wall in our room. 😳 This motel proves you get what you pay for and in Hope there are many like this….

Place is in desperate need of repair/renovation. We decided to leave shortly after arrival.

The room was spacious and very clean. Smelled fresh and clean. Had everything we needed for our stay. Keurig, microwave and a good size fridge/freezer. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Standard budget room, clean and basic

Room AOK; staff helpful with an extra heater in the room. Pet fee for 2 small non-shed pups was a bit high.

Do not recommend old and dirty

We went to Hope for a hockey tournament - the lodge was older but super super clean, the management are the nicest people I have ever met and were very accommodating to our hockey schedules and check out times. I will go back there to stay if I go to Hope again

Even when we arrived at 2:30 am Staff was still welcoming. Accidentally left some items behind and they were found an was able to pick them up the next weekend.

Restaurant was easy to walk to. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The price was right.

Staff were lovely and the room was clean. But most of the plug sockets didn't work. The heating didn't I initially seem to work, then it started to work and the base board heater make loud clicking and humming sounds off and on all night. One of the night stand lights didn't work. The mattress was lumpy and soft. We didn't get much sleep. Wouldn't stay again. To be honest.

Luke was the person at the desk who checked my pups and I in. He was kind, polite, professional and accommodating. The older gentleman on the property was very kind. I will stay here again when I come through Hope.
