It was fine for when we needed

Great for solo motor cycling

No parking and extremely basic

Good for the price. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Bed comfortable but pillows very small and flat.

Nice on a budget hotel in the centre of the city. Walking distance - 10 min- to the cathedral and historic sites. Dogs permitted for 5€ but No parking, although it was easy to get a place close by.

For a budget hotel it was valued for money, clean continental breakfast available for a modest charge. Staff totally accommodating, approachable and friendly. Ideal for visiting the old quarter. On street free Parking can be limited.

Very basic room, but good location as literally 5 minutes walk to the shops / bars. Pebble dashed walls inside the room, toilet making a noise. Had to ask for 2 extra pillows as so thin. Stopped here after a long drive and disappointed but it is a great price

This is a well situated hotel near the historic centre and on a quiet road with free parking. The receptionist spoke good English which was really helpful and was kind a helpful. The hotel is basic as it is a budget hotel but clean and the beds are comfortable

Main entrance lets the property down. But once upstairs, the aesthetic improves and the rooms are compact but modern, clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay. Not much in the immediate area. Limited parking available along adjacent streets. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Good value.

Basic hotel. Clean. Good location. If you come bu car, there is no parking. You can park in the streets.

A quick overnight stay in central Le Mans. Ibis was easy to navigate to, nice building, clean and quiet room with decent bathroom & very helpful and polite reception staff. On-street parking was available even though its right in the City centre. Amazing value (below €40) for a quick visit. I'll use it again for sure. Recommended. Une courte nuitée dans le centre du Mans. Il était facile d'accéder à l'Ibis, beau bâtiment, chambre propre et calme avec salle de bain correcte et personnel de la réception très serviable et poli. Un parking sur rue était disponible même si c'est en plein centre-ville. Valeur incroyable (moins de 40 €) pour une visite rapide. Je vais l'utiliser à nouveau à coup sûr. Conseillé.

We arrived very late, we knew what to expect as we had previously stayed. In an ibis budget. The gentleman on reception was very polite, the building was quite shabby but easy find. Lack of parking but that may be because we didn't park in the right place maybe. The room was basic but clean and comfy. The desk was manned 24hours so no issue with check in. We paid the extra 6.60€ for breakfast, again basic but fresh and filling. I would use ibis budget again. Espe ially after a long day driving. The bathroom was clean, the shower was hot, no insects. We had room 402. Double bed with bunk bed over the top. It's fine fir a quick stop over. The room had a TV, it was 2am when we arrived so don't know if it worked or not. Easy key drop at check out and slept like a baby

The decor is rather institutional, but the room was clean and cheap so we were happy. Air conditioning was an unexpected bonus in the midst of the heatwave. Only negative is the checkin staff double charged us, and it was a hassle to get a refund.

Wasn,t expecting on suite, staff helpful and polite. Convenient for restaurants etc

Hotel is not the freshest, but room was big clean and quite and staff friendly. Laso great location for town center.
