The hotel is very clean

This hotel is the best! The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly, and the location is strategic. I've already repeated it for the second time!!

Strategic location, clean rooms, and close to tourist centers

Stayed 4 nights. Pros: Great location, friendly staff, fairly spacious room. Cons: Cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room, and the first and second nights were disturbed by the sound of firecrackers from the building next door, which was disturbing for those who are used to sleeping early.

Ok, suitable for families on vacation

The room was quite spacious, but there were lots of mosquitoes. They only gave one room card, and the water dispenser was only in the lobby, making it difficult for guests to get water, as they needed a card. They charged a 12 Ringgit tax, which other hotels don't charge (the tax is included in the room price when purchasing through the app).

The hotel staff is friendly, it's quite clean.

Very pleasant. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Affordable prices and close to culinary delights. The stairs are a bit of a challenge to enter the hotel, but there are pushchairs available for climbing.

The only thing is that the hotel doesn't have an exhaust in the bathroom. It's close to the city and eateries. Mostly are within walking distance. The staff is helpful and nice.

The hotel is close to food places, walking distance to Giant Supermarket, etc.

Old hotel. The bed is broken. It sinks. My whole body hurts and itches. I wasn't even given one room card. I couldn't ask for two. The elevator requires an access card.
