Cozy hotel and nice staff. Main reason friendly staff.

Easy access from Ueda station. And close to Ueda castle. The restaurant at the 1st floor was so good!

It was between the train station and the Ueno Castle Park, very convenient to walk to both.

The hotel is located a short walk from Ueda Station's north exit (Shinkansen side). Ueda is not a large city, so everything is fairly walkable. Ueda Castle is a short, albeit uphill walk from the hotel. The rooms color wise were much to be desired (brown), but they were clean and comfortable. I regret not making full use of the public bath that was available on the first floor. However, more important to me was the fact that they had a washer and coin dryer to clean my clothes. Really liked the hotel is general.

Convenient to station, the staff were friendly and helpful, room was slightly outdated but comfortable enough.

This is a very nice hotel at a reasonable price. It was modern and clean, stylish and comfortable. I will definitely stay again. I especially enjoyed having a large public onsen style bath available!

Love the large traditional Japanese community Bath! It is rare option for business hotel.

宿泊した部屋のエアコンをつけると雑巾の半乾きの臭い匂いがしてきつかった。それ以外はよかった。

鏡が、入り口にあり、寝ている時に視界に入らない事や清潔なところが良かったです

大浴場にあるサウナはかなりの高温。

普通のルートインは泊まったことがありますが、今回初めて上田グランドに泊まりました。清潔さやサービスはとてもいいと思いました。 大浴場の洗い場が5ヶ所しかなく混んでいたので待たないといけない人がいたのが少し残念でした。 サービスのドトールコーヒーはチェックイン後と朝も6時半からあったのでありがたかったです。

ワンランク上のルートイン。フロントスタッフの対応が手厚いのがまず良い。ツインの部屋もベッドの硬さは少し感じるが、全体として心地よい。大浴場とサウナが男女共にあるので1泊で3回入りました。朝食はバラエティが多く、プチデザートまで。豪華過ぎず値段もリーズナブルで満足度高く会場はゆったりとくつろげるレストランです。　唯一、コーヒーがビジネスホテル同様あまり美味しくないのが残念。ほうじ茶は美味しいです。やはりホテルの良し悪しはスタッフのおもてなしだと思います。寝るだけなら機械チェックインでもいいですが。

駅に近くホテルにサウナもあり又上田城も歩いて行けます。

施設も充実していて、すべてに清潔感があります。男湯の大浴場は実に快適で、露天風呂は最高でした。 絶対にお薦めです。次回もよろしくお願いします。有難う御座いました。

駅近で、上田城へも歩いて行けました。 ウェルカムドリンクや朝刊、寝巻き等、設備も充実していました。 併設しているレストランのテイクアウト料理を内線から注文して部屋で食べましたが、温かくておいしかったです。
