Our second time staying here. Everything was okay and convenient. Thank you for the hospitality.

Spacious rooms, good facilities, very clean, mcd and petronas next door.

I stayed for one night near here. Book for 3 people but the check-in period includes 4 people. The PIC who was guarding the hotel that day asked us to pay another RM30 for the extra person. We paid a charge of RM30 but the worker didn't put the money in the cash drawer. Then open the cash drawer but exchange the money and then put the money outside. I was also able to refuse the deposit but the staff didn't want to because he said he would have to enter it in the system. The problem is, is the money going into the staff's pockets? Why isn't that extra charge included in the system? Or did the money really go into another box?

Value for money, don't expect too much!

1) Clean. 2) location very good. A lot of parking space. 3) Hotel at 2nd floor. Unfortunately the hot water very low. Kindly improve. 4) room light too dim. 5) TV channels programmer should improve. Only 3 channels available.

The hotel police are too tight not to be tolerant to the customer. Receptionist can not tolerate.

Location is good, but it's located on top of pub. At night, customers were singing quite loud and we could still hear from our room. Maybe can put a thicker curtain to block the sound. Other than that, we are quite happy with our stay.

Overall is alright, just the air conditioning kinda not cooling the room, should have use the 1.5hp aircond.

Very noisy, soundproofing is not good, all roads are heard. Someone in the hotel knows to go in and open the door. The sound insulation is very poor, children play outside and do not sleep at all

Ample parking, the staffs were great, near to famous eateries, clean room

Large and clean room, toilet, lobby. pillow and bed just like 5 star hotel but must borrow iron if want to used it

Not enough staff, counter always no staff.

Comfortable and clean fit for family.

Convenient location. 10-15 mins from main city and lost world of tambun.

Don't have a cupboard to hang the clothes, and my friends complaining the pillow not comfortable enough, but overall is good, worth the price!

Noise from pub downstairs

The mirror desk place is dark. The toilet should have a glass or shower curtain to avoid wet all the place.
