It is located near the train station but opposite the shopping area but overall it is within walking distance with an underground walkway.

The food was delicious and very filling. Very good value and price. Better to pay in advance than to pay at the hotel.

Accidentally booked a smoking room, couldn't change to a non-smoking room upon request. Very suffocating in the room as the smoke smell is really terrible. Very old hotel as well. Carpet is dirty. The air conditioner is also not functioning well and the windows are not allowed to be opened. Overall, very unpleasant stay.

Location was great. 5 minutes walk from Asahikawa station. Front desk staff were much less friendly and helpful than in any of our other hotels in Japan. Not much English. Still, not to the point of being rude. Our room was a full double bedroom so there was enough space. Pillows were so thin and hard though, couldn't sleep much because we were uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay, a decent selection of Japanese food and a bit of Western food. Wasn't much to my taste though, or maybe because lack of sleep.. We enjoyed the onsen, a bit small but nice and hot especially after a day of heavy snow. Good base to catch the bus to Asahiyama zoo, which is a must!

It's a great location, only 3 minutes to asahikawa station by walk. Also many restaurants around there. Will definitely book again when I visit.

Good located, near walking street. And near JR station. In the morning you can exercise around the river near JR station. It very nice park. However, if you plan to drive in town, should be aware about the expensive car parking. Neither car parking in hotel.

We booked the room in this hotel. The smoking room has unbearable smell. We requested them to deodorize the room, however the smell still can’t get rid. Very disappointed with the room condition.
