Check in process easy. Room & toilet clean and no bad smell. Got complimentary instant nescafe and bottle water, hanger, toiletries. But no heater at toilet, remote air conditioner seems not working which we can't control the temperature if too cold.

We were glad they can allow us to check in early and check out late. Appreciated. The staffs were friendly, room was clean and tidy. The only thing was need to add some sound proofing. We stayed in the room facing the road and can hear the car revving and sound from the corridor as well.

The room quite small for family of four however we enjoy it since we stay here overnight. Very warm welcome at the counter and nice deco. This hotel is surrounded with lots of pubs and bars since we arrived here late at night. Not really familiar with the road and quite far to search for halal place to eat.

No lift, water pressure to low and small shower pipe, and the bed is not tidy properly. Other good ….

Very spacious and clean room, suitable for family. The check in and check out process is very quick and easy.

Booked a family bunk bed room for four of us, very comfort stay and the toilet is big and clean. Will stay here again for my next visit.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. For Muslims there is a Qibla pointer direction. Clean room. Cool air conditioner. Staff always smile and give tq greetings.

The hotel is very clean and nice. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Recommended for family and business travel. Definitely will come here again if I visit Ipoh.

The room was so small and a bit smelly. Not recommend.

Room no.106 was cigarette-smelly from the very first time we come. At night, there was a very loud music from another room yet no action taken from the hotel. Personally I won't stay here again.

The towels are turning to light grey instead of white and smelly due to raining season. Made complaint and the hotel in charge person took immediate action to tackle our complaint. Wish they can improve.

This hotel location is good, very clean with modern design but the space is quite small.

The service was awesome and the room was very comfy and all, but let's just put that aside and talk about the toothbrush they provide. I was finding for my toothbrush in my bag and to my horror I couldn't find em! Then there it was, shining under the bathroom light, the toothbrush provided by the hotel (sealed of course). At the first glance of it, it just looked like any ordinary toothbrush, but the moment I squeezed a decent amount of toothpaste onto it and started brushing my mouth, it felt so soothing! Every corner, every nook and crook of my mouth was never left unattended. I love the toothbrush so much and would definitely go back to this hotel once the toothbrush wears off. #artcottagetoothbrushrocks!
