Poor and unprofessional customer service

Decent breakfast included. Bathroom, beds clean, but when we looked under bed for something we dropped it was very dirty. Adequate linens. Room was sparse, lacked warmth, coziness.

I enjoyed my stay at Apart Hotel and would definitely stay there again. It is a 20 min taxi drive to the Messe fairgrounds, and the hotel has solid restaurant options nearby. The first floor seems dedicated to smokers, so I stayed on the 2nd floor. I never had issues with smoke in my room. No AC in rooms, but you can open the window for cool air. Highlight of the room was definitely the bed. The bed seems so-so when you sit on it, but I enjoyed great sleep on it all week-long. This is not the fanciest hotel ever, but the staff are courteous and helpful. One final note: the rooms lack an iron and ironing board but you can check them out from the front deck.

Very large room, lots of free parking in the parking garage and in front of the hotel. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

No frills but clean and comfortable family room with 5 beds and adjoining bedrooms. Good breakfast buffet. We would definitely go back.

I stayed for a night, the check in was very fast! The hotel looked newly renovated! I thought it was clean as well! For the price it was good!

it was so cold only flat duvet was provided, we couldn’t sleep, now we need to extend our journey as we need more rest. Never go back to this hotel

Easy to find, great friendly service, brilliant room, clean, with soft fluffy towels. Super shower. Very quiet, I used the restaurant called 4 chefs? Varied menu, the salmon with homemade pasta was delicious. As was the homemade raspberry strudel with cherry yoghurt ice cream. Parked bike securely in underground parking lot.

Hotel room is hot and noisy. Room is hot but cannot open window, because of traffic noise. Hotel has a bad smell of cigarette.

Initially hard to find from highway - likely my fault.

The hotel is really far from Hannover, and is nothing like the hotel describes that it is 14 mins away only. The trip takes 30 mins to Hannover and the road is terrible, has lots of divergences and so. The staff are really rude, one time I asked if the Christmas market is still open in Hannover and he replied no. When I told him that I googled and it said it was open still, he said why ask the if google said so. The area is a small town, and it seems they are intolerant to tourists. They said that breakfast is served from 6 till 10, we went down at 9 and we were alone eating. The food had almost ended, there was no bread and most of the dishes were empty (eaten by other people and not replaced back), juice was empty, and the people working there, saw us and did nothing, and from what it seemed that the breakfast was already very poor. Room was good, bathroom is small and the shower is really funny, it is screwed to the wall and u can't move it much. Overall, this is a barely 3 star hotel and I wouldn't stay there again.

The place was good for the price, location was good for road tripping

We used this hotel while returning to southern Gremany after taking a cruise out of Kiel. The htoel was about 25 minutes outside of Hannover, but convenient for getting to a park and ride if you have a car. Would not recommend this hotel for anyone who doesn't have a car. Easy parking right in front of the hotel, and a well equipped breakfast buffet in the morning included cold cuts and cheese, bread, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and coffee/tea. Would defnitely stay here again if transiting the area.

Very good place to stay and great for self-catering - and with a nice breakfast included. Everything was fine and might be the best value for money I have yet come across in Europe!

Good, clean hotel. Sehnde is not really in Hannover as it is about 18km miles away. However, it is an ideal hotel for commuting from as there is a railway station about 300m away. If I am ever in that area in the future, I would definitely stay there again. Pete (Liverpool, UK).

Hotellet valgte vi som et stop på vores tur tilbage fra Frankrig og pga., at vi kunne spise på stedet. Desværre var restauranten lukket pga. en firmafest, men efter en lille parlamentering lykkedes det at finde et bord i en lille del af restaurationslokalet, som ikke hørte til festen. God indsats af tjeneren. Vældig god morgenmad.
