Pre hospital visit. Receptionist excellent, but air con didn’t work, but she managed to apply a fix. Bag of food waste outside our ground floor window prevented us from having the window open.

Booked for 3 nights. Left after 2 as soon as we could get booked in elsewhere. I understand it’s “budget” but the rooms are more like prison sells. The bathroom was filthy, mould all around the edges, brown splats up the door. Door was falling apart at the bottom. It was 25° when we stayed and the aircon wasn’t working. It was unbearable in the room. We kept trying to catch someone on reception and every time we went down no one was around. If you are booking a family room with bunk bed, be prepared you will need to set this up and put the sheets on. The only thing that I would say was a good point was that the car park was secure. The town has very little in it, so it’s all fast food outlets.

Just one night before going into hospital in Tarbes. Welcome was very good, room clean and tidy, shower a bit tired but everything worked well. Room well heated/cooled and quiet. It was also just a few hundred metres from the hospital. Easy! Also close to Tarbes Airport.

I booked this hotel as a stopover to Lourdes from Bordeaux. The hotel is clean, provide a bed. The continental breakfast was strictly cereal, bread and coffee. There was nothing extra. It is branded as a budget hotel and so it is. Quite expensive in my view for the price and value from my perspective.

Location is great if you have a car. Breakfast is acceptable. My stay is 5 nights and i extended it another 2 nights. I do notice the bedsheet and pillow case were not change during my entire stay

I had made a reservation for 2 in advance, but I had to add a third person at the last minute that they were able to accommodate in a "family room". The room was spacious and very clean. The only minus is that I got the bunk bed, which is too close to the ceiling for an adult. Even so, I got a wonderful night's sleep. The people at the reception are delightful. All in all good value for money and I would recommend.

The staff was very helpful but the room was not as clean as the newer Ibis we had used in another town. Breakfast was good.

Due to an incident during our first night we were relocated to another IBIS hotel for our second night, which seemed a little better than the first one. A bit of consideration for the hassle involved would have made things easier. Both hotels lack tea making facilities in the room but good value for money considering the free parking and free WI-FI.

Basic hotel, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff member at check in was friendly and pleasant.

O hotel oferece camas confortáveis, café da manhã básico e estacionamento, o que é importante para quem está viajando de carro! Bom para passar uma noite!

Correct pour le prix une seule nuit la chambre pas spacieuse mais était propre et le lit confortable.

Cordialité de l accueil, bonne literie, chambre propre.
