This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Rooms ridiculously small, had to step over toilet to get into shower, dirty and ugly in feneral, in a horrific area. At least had clean sheets. Avoid at all costs.

It was not bad

We arrived after a very delayed flight at 2:15am and were very excited to get some sleep, but instead we spend 30 minutes while the front desk clerk attempted to find our reservation even after i showed him multiple receipts. Not going to bed until 3:30 was definitely not ideal. There should be a better process.

I lost my sunglasses and asked the concierge to help me find them by checking the camera and did not help at all.

It is a budget hotel. Good for budget stays not with children. No AC. Communal Bathrooms. Very small rooms. Has shuttle to airport and access to Bus service to city centre.

We stayed for 2 nights as we had to be in paris for a short stay. It was good, only bad part is that i didn't know the room I booked had the bathroom, shared, outside, it wasn't far but it was surprising as all the hotels I've been, cheap, in the USA had a bathroom. Bring ur own towel, i read that on the reviews before, no air conditioning, so if u go on a hot season...you already know lol. But otherwise everything was ok. Near the orly Airport with free shuttle, via green line, that its right there, they don't tell u this but GREEN LINE is the free shuttle service they have both ways, it's every ten minutes, starting at 5 am, so its super convenient and it was on time. We wanted to order some food as it was late at night when we got there and the receptionist called through the phone and ordered himself as we don't speak french, that was really nice of him. This is a good place to stay if you're on a budget.

The explanation on confirmation booking process about shuttle from Orly is confusing and misdirecting....almost catastrophically so. It's a very simple process of a multishuttle hourly arrival at stop 6 at Orly. No weird misrepresentations of calling 24 hours ahead, calling the property et cetera ad nauseum necessary. SUCH IS ONLY MISDIRECTING and when one is fighting cell phone screen glare and no sleep on a red eye it becomes semi traumatic to be given wrong directions about something ACTUALLY SO SIMPLE. THIS MIGHT BE EXPEDIAS FAULT. IDK.

Before booking this hotel make sure that you booking a room with a bathroom in your room because most of the rooms dont have it in the room and there are some public toilets and shower cabins outside of the rooms.

Cannot review the property. Tried calling hotel's phone number and email many times and never got through. The "message hotel" feature on my reservation IS NOT to the hotel. I have been informed it is just Expedia staff contacting the hotel on my behalf so it takes days for a reply to come through. I got stranded in the airport because of the lack of communications and had to find new accommodations the night of arrival.

Got the wrong room couldn’t even shower very disappointed

The light in my room did not work. Informed the staff yet they did nothing. Glad that I carry a flashlight. The shuttle to and from the hotel only runs certain hours. Had to pay to get there from the airport. Basically had to stand in the middle of the street to get the buses attention to get back to the airport. My debit cards all denied for some unknown reason. Did take my AMEX though. Just saying that in the event that you have an issue. Will say very clean bathrooms! The staff did not speak English which was fine for me but just a heads up. Also, be sure that the taxi takes cards in the event that you can't take the shuttle there.
