It's true that the building doesn't have an elevator. But the hotel staff helped carry the bags up. They took good care of me. The accommodations were clean, there were plenty of places to eat and convenience stores nearby. But I feel like the soundproofing is still not very good. Heard the sound of the door opening and closing the nearby room. The funny thing is in the late morning. The smell of food drifts into the room until you wake up. I don't know if it was the smell of the hotel breakfast or the nearby food shop. It smells so good that I have to get up and find something to eat.

For transit, 1 night is OK. The airport transfer is very great, they charge 100 THB/room/way.

I stayed for 5 nights. On the first night there were some issues with the room (there was no hot water, the AC was leaking, and the small pillows were very smelly, like they didn't dry properly). But I complained to the receptionist the next morning and they quickly tried to resolve everything. All of the staffs were polite and helpful. The interior looks very cute and I like that the bts station is 5 min walk away. I recommend this place if you don't mind traveling a bit far to the shopping center since in my opinion transportation (aside from bus) is not very cheap in Bangkok.

All is good, the room nice. All very clean with Affordable price, same with the picture But a bit remote from main road. We looking forward to stay there again 😊.

Good room, full equipment, soap, shampoo, conditioner, kettle, safe, fridge, soft bed. Service feels so indifferent, not bad. The location is in a narrow alley because it is a community. The car ran loud and loud all day. No elevator to walk up. Not a problem. But is a problem for people with a lot of things Or elders And people walking up and down the stairs are very noisy The room didn't keep any sound at all. Walking outside was noisy. The car park has only 3 cars. There is a risk to stay for 2 nights. Housekeepers clean but do not change towels and sheets.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Linens and pillows are really soft. The food was great. Best to look for their staff named Hansel since he’s really fluent in english.

clean, like home, only thing there is no lift, so if we got 4th floor it's so hard to climb, need 10 minutes walk to BTS... breakfast only 2 option menu, overall for me is good to stay because I prefer the cleanliness one
