Quite area

Arrival was a little confusing but lovely spot on the river. Room was lovely and clean. Only minor thing is lots of wasps/bees hanging about especially with breakfast can be a little off putting.

Nice place, very relaxing, idyllic location, next to the river. We were there in low season, so regretfully the restaurant and swimming pool were closed and there wasn't much to do, but the hotel is lovely and run by very nice people. Rooms are adequate and clean, could do with some basic coffee making equipment and the hot water situation for the shower was not always clear, but otherwise we had a nice stay

Bed hard as nails. If you need a softer mattress you’ll be disappointed. Ate once on first night, one of taglines burned and inedible - scenery is good and you are right by the river. No reception area or anywhere to eat indoors (other than your bedroom). Staff nice enough. Internet not reliable (turned off first evening)

The position of the hotel is excellent and specially the superior suite view on the mountain and the river, the guest are gentle especially Khalid answering our request ne making our stay comfortable, for sure we’ll be back

This place is just amazing! People working there are so kind, especially Hassan who makes the most delicious food. The manager was always there for everything we needed. The only thing we didn’t like was the bed that is not comfortable and the shower towels are very old.

Weather was good. staff where helpful.

Location just of the river. Walking distance to a couple of small shops and a coffee shop nearby. Very hospitable staff.

Perfect stay, the kindness of the hotel staff has been incredible. The rooms are spartan but clean and comfortable, the pool is a nice facility and the food (dinners and breakfast) is great!

Location is great. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner right at waterfront.

The place is probably great in summer, but not in november, heating cannot give enough warmth. The room is smaller than it appear . However, the owner did his very best to help.

You are amongst the mountains in a modern hotel so you get the best of both worlds. Not many tourists which is great and The staff are the very best I have met. Abdul the manager made my trip far better helped me with the area and always made sure i had everything I needed.

Nightingales serenaded outside the window whilst the river roared away in the background. It was lovely. Food was nice. Ample portions at breakfast.

Fantastic location, great food. Bed was a little hard for me but it seems they are all like that in morocco.

Woody 25 Oct (3 days ago) to me This was our first time to Morocco and after reading lots of articles and reviews, we decided to have a quiet holiday outside of Marrakesh. With my wife, two children and my Mother-in-law (who decided to come after we had already booked the room for 4) , we did not want our first experience of Morocco to be continual harrasment from jewelry men and henna ladies. After much research, we settled for the Top Hotel Ourika in the Ourika valley, on the way up into the high Atlas mountains. The hotel Manager, Abdul, and staff - Hussain, Melika, Apdityf - were very welcoming and nothing was too much for them. As an example, I mentioned that my mother-in-law decided to come after we booked. I rang up the hotel from the UK and Abdul said I it was no problem to provide another bed at no cost. When we arrived, we felt right at home, and most important with our children, we felt safe and comfortable in our ground floor studio room (no 1). There was a private space directly outside our room for the car, table and chairs with the pool very close. The toilet and shower were clean with hot water. Abdul provided the traditional mint tea (our first experience which was delightful) and a bottle of water free of charge. He showed us our room, and also showed us around their best suite at the top of the hotel with its panoramic glass doors and spacious veranda, available if we wanted to upgrade. We did not feel pressured though a

Goede kamer op een mooie locatie.

Séjour très agréable dans cet établissement, où le calme permet de se reposer. L'équipe est très attentionnée et soucieuse du confort de ses invités! Malgré quelques petits couacs (eau chaude coupée pendant quelques heures au milieu du séjour, des travaux d'installation d'un nouvel espace un peu bruyants), tout s'est très bien passé. Le petit déjeuner est copieux (bien que servi un peu tardivement, mais en vacances, on a le temps!) L'hôtel est situé en contrebas du célèbre site "Sti Fadma", on y accède facilement en taxi en 30 minutes. Je recommande les yeux fermés! A bientôt!
