Excellent option to stay in NYC with a group of friends and family. Clean and I liked that they will stored you luggage with any additional charge.

WiFi didn’t work, called several times for toilet tissue, don’t speak English and very small

Nice space for 4 people. Reception #5 was not available when they were supposed to be.

Strategic location

Bus stop was very close, subway was a short walk, and with H-mart and other similar food options close it was great.

Clean and good location. Highly recommended for spending the night and touring the city.

It was perfect. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. It was comfy ☺️ definitely would choose this place again ☺️

The location was great close to everything. Fernando was nice and easy to communicate with. We felt safe the room is your typical small studio space. The staff was welcoming and always on site. Vending machines downstairs and restaurants near. No issues with getting our deposit back. Would definitely stay here again.

You can't beat the price for the location. They stored our luggage the first day for free while waiting to check in which was awesome. Had to pay after checkout for luggage storage though. The room itself was not very clean. We found a cockroach crawling in the kitchenette and there was hair in the beds.

This was an amazing stay! Wish we would have found it sooner. I know I had one gripe- the towels could be cleaned better. But I appreciate bringing my own from the store. Also the neighbors hallway smelled like trash and cigarettes but other than that in my room I kept a spray of Lysol to clear the air.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

While the overall experience was just fine, I did have some issues with the check in/out process. There was just one lady running the reception, while she was awesome I felt bad it was just her. It was very busy and I had to stand around for 45 minutes just to get the keys. Checkout was no different. A lot of people checking out at once and there was a massive line down a very small hallway. Be prepared to give yourself about an hour to deal with check in and another hour to deal with check out.

Perfect location, and accommodated my group of 5 perfectly.

Terrible stay. Booked a room with a private bathroom and got a small room without one. No one to talk to after 6pm - and they ask you for a cash deposit like it's 1990. No wifi either. Seems like all the information is misleading. Sheets were not clean either but there's basically no service after 6pm and no one to talk to.

Very close to all the things we wanted to do and close to public transportation for the other things.
