The staff provides high level of service. The room amenities are perfect, nothing is missing. Location is great

Room approach is strange through restaurant. Bath room toiletries are not good.

Hotel is centrally located to Atocha station and within walking distance to main areas. The hotel has a great lobby vibe and the staff was friendly.

Excellent hotel overall. My only suggestion would be that pillows need to be changed for better ones. Current pillows are not comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, great restaurant but there’s a lot of construction outside of the hotel day and night and unfortunately the noise was too strong and we were not able to rest properly. Other than that 5 stars review

Amazing! The balcony restaurant at sunset was stunning. Amazing staff and food. Room was perfect and easy to walk around and explore from this great location. We had to catch a train the next morning early, so you could not do better.
