Points positifs: La propreté de la chambre et des aires communes, l’espace piscine et jeux d’eau. Points négatifs:Le matelas du divan lit dans la chambre 340 n’est pas acceptable quand on paye quasi 300$ pour une nuit. Le déjeuner servi était très ordinaire.

Too much noise too much people

The breakfast was not very good. What was supposed to be hot was cold and hard. And all the had was pancakes for warm food. The rooms were ok but found a little expensive for what we had in are room. Wifi didn’t work at all

Very convenient for anyone flying. Rooms were clean and a Boston pizza restaurant in the hotel.

Staff amazing

Asked for an early check in, did not get an answer prior to our arrival. Waited about 45 kinutes for our room, which is not bad. Couldn't get more pillows, poor service from front desk at night. Called the front desk to get some pillows l, got put on hold for 15 minutes, never got answered so I went directly to the front desk, no one was there. The girl finally appeared, she was having lunch in the back

C'était bien, pour la chambre, piscine Mais ont va à plusieurs endroits dans l'hôtel, un manque de rafraîchissement... Et gros manque de place le matin lors du déjeuner

Kids friendly

When we arrived, there was only one clerk available, so the check-in process was very long. I specifically asked for an upper room, but the only studios were on the second floor, so we heard the loud music from the interior amusement centre until 9:00pm in our room. The rooms are not sound proof. The pool was overcrowded and very noisy. Hotel should be more staffed and guests should be warned about the noise.
