Great staff and services

This place gave us such bad service - they charged 100 percent of the fee in spite of the fact we could not arrive due to a closed airport as a result of a war !! Unbelievable.

It was absolutely amazing! Prime Location, Clean, very comfortable mattress, quiet, best location ( end of Knez Mihajlova) the hotel offers private driver to and from the airport. Highly recommend!

A wonderful little hotel in the heart of the Old City! The service at this hotel was AMAZING! Staff were so friendly and helped with everything from restaurants to bags to rides and airport transfers. Room was small but extremely well-appointed. Has everything you need. Close to many amazing restaurants - loved Comunale restaurant and the Three Hats. Enjoyed a wonderful cake and coffee at Hotel Moskva. Belgrade is an amazing city and this hotel is the perfect place to host you on your adventures. You won’t be disappointed with this gem!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was an amazing location right in the middle of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful through the duration of our stay. I would highly recommend!

Perfect location in Belgrade’s pedestrian shopping district! The hotel was impressively clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to help with recommendations and directions. The best part was stepping outside to find countless great restaurants within walking distance. Made exploring the city super convenient, especially with only a short walk to buses and trams. Absolutely would stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Belgrade who wants to be in the heart of everything.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The room we booked with the jacuzzi was fantastic. The design and the spaces were well thought. The location was great, right in the center with everything accessible by foot. Staff were brilliant and very helpful to give tips and guidelines about the city.

Everything was perfect, and the staff is amazing. Especially the night staff, the girl who checked me in. She was wonderful and made me feel welcomed!
