Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and being waited on for a couple of days made it a real treat.

Nice room. Quiet and comfortable. Plenty of parking even though a big private party was in swing. Helpful staff.

An excellent stay in a lovely traditional and comfortable hotel. We had the New Year meal and disco for 31st December and it was a great experience

Good location for goodwood

My aim was to have a good look around Arundel and the White Swan was the perfect place base my travels around. Enjoyed all the staff who were very helpful throughout my three days there, bar service was great as were the meals. Thank you very much

Fantastic stay. The staff are all really welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is brilliant with a choice of freshly cooked dishes. The hotel is also dog friendly with areas in the restaurant and specific rooms. Our dog even has his own sausage for breakfast.

We were recommended the White Swan by friends, they were not wrong. It’s a lovely place to stay, staff on reception and at bar were friendly and helpful. The food was well priced with good portion sizes. In a very good position for visiting the surrounding area.

Good size room, excellent breakfast, evening meal nice but quite expensive -overall, good place to stay.

Fine enough for a quick overnight stop.

Ideal for what we wanted only there for the night but would definitely stay there again if we are in the area

Lovely Stay

Staff were very nice and helpful .We didn’t like our appointed room downstairs which was extremely dark and we were moved without fuss . Rooms rather gloomy with poor lighting . Pillows were very solid . Everything else was ok The White Swan is conveniently positioned between Chichester and Arundel

Very good room size and very comfy. Not noisy despite being on A27. Friendly staff. Wifi a bit hit and miss but otherwise a good stay.

We were really impressed with this stay - the staff were superbly helpful. The location is excellent for visits to the local area - and what really impressed us was the food we ordered. - especially on the 1st night - Sea Bass and the Thai Beef were top class!

Great hotel stay, great food!

Great room and v helpful staff. Was tricky walk from town to White Swan. Taxi service ordered from pub on arrival were not good. Castle Cars.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Especially the lady in reception and the bar manager. Very good quality mattress. A dream to sleep in. Lovely furnished room. Beautiful view of countryside. Food was lovely. Couldn't fault anything. Well done the Swan Teams
