Bon hôtel, bon accueil chambre propre, Environnement calme Buffet du petit déjeuner complet Mais douche un peu petite

Beds were very comfortable. The shower head was actuary really nice! Parking was easy. Since we were there for a quick sleep and then we back in the road, Ibis served its purpose.

It was just about OK. good parking, Location isn't convenient

Hotel. Com , j’ai attendu 5 h devant l’hôtel ibis lisieux vendredi, jamais reçu le code de la borne , c’est à 17 h u code assez a la chambre avec canicule, prochain fois j’appelle direct l’hôtel personnel très sympa

The hotel did its job but it wasn’t great. We had a small child in our party (4 years old) but the top bunk of the bed said it was not suitable for children under 6, which was problematic. The room wasn’t particularly clean and it all looked a bit tired and in need of a refresh. We stayed in another Ibis Budget in Rouen later in the week and that was much better. We received an email at 2pm saying we could check in from that point but we had to wait until 5pm when the reception was staffed again because the code didn’t work in the check-in machine

This was a perfect stopover hotel. It was well located, easy to find, quiet, clean and comfortable. There were some restaurants within walking distance and I had my dog with me. They were very welcoming. I would stay here again.

The front desk was useless as he doesn’t care when I was lost and requested him to call a cab for me. That was 2 am And I almost on sleep that night.

Went elsewhere couldnt talk to anyone.

Great location, really nice staff, fresh breakfast, everything was really clean... nothing bad to say. We've stayed at Ibis budget hotels all over the world with mixed results. Mostly because of business we go because of location and price so we don't expect much. These rooms were spartan, but well designed, comfortable, quiet and practical. Really. Plenty of room for the two of us and our stuff. Great lighting options in the room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good too!

Great value for money exceptionally clean rooms easy to use booking in system abd convenient to local restaurants. Would highly recommend this motel as a cheap good place to stay.over Also excellent breakfast variety in morning

When we arrived at the hotel the numbers provided by Expedia was incorrect. We had to wait until someone arrived around 17.15h. He checked my paperwork and informed me I had to pay again? I explained to him that Expedia took the payment when I booked it. He told me the virtual card wasn't working and I had to ring Expedia. I did and numerous phone calls later I had to wait for a translater (even after explaining I could speak French). 1 and half hour later it was sorted. I must say this wasn't an experience I wanted after travelling since 4.00 AM with 2 young children. This should have been sorted from the moment I booked and paid! This has left a bad taste for booking again through you Regards Ellen

This is in a built up location convenient for a stop en cute and also for the Basilica, Shops and restaurants close by

Very good value. It is a budget hotel and we only paid 30 euros for one night. The room was quite Spartan but clean and had everything we needed. Good ensuite shower room and excellent wifi. Bed comfortable. Good breakfast for 6.15 euros. Very short walk to restaurants which gave 10% discount for being ibis guests. Would use again.
