Great location an easy walk into town

Very good value for money budget option in a good location walkable for both St Jean de Luz and Ciboure. Air conditioning was a relief on a warm day!

Room really quite small. Wanted 2 singles and had double that took up almost the entire room with a small single Murphy bed so no floor area left. Bathroom size of a small closet.

The person who arranged the noisy maintenance work outside a hotel full of guests at 08.30 should be shot. Room dimensions mean it is very difficult to move around the bed a slightly smaller bed would solve the problem

Old property in a quant town pity the weather was terrible due to heavy rain on arrival and same when we left the next day

Nice and clean, it is a basic hotel but you get what you pay for. Staff where friendly and spoke basic english. Breakfast was good so long as you like continental. I would stay here again.

Well situated by the main bridge. Friendly reception and good greeting. Acceptable room for the money. Free parking two minutes walk away. Lovely city with lots of restaurants in the streets.

Very helpful staff, good secure free parking, convenient for a walk into Ciboure and St Jean de Luz,there are two very narrow low bridges under the railway to get to the hotel depending on the route

Just because it's says budget doesn't justify being of poor standard , this hotel badly needs a refurb. It's sad to see a brand hotel in south tragic state. 50 euros plus... No usp in put toilet was tiny and dirty along with a ridiculous show cubicle. Then I opened my window to see what was the back of house. Odd hotel. Apparently it's a franchise of the ibis group... Disappoint Accor group!

Todo genial, salvo que la habitación para tres personas es excesivamente estrecha lo que dificulta la movilidad en la misma. Al margen de esto, instalaciones muy nuevas y actualizadas. Desayuno buenísimo en variedad y calidad. Buena atención. Buena opción como uso de paso.

Un séjour parfait dans cet hôtel ibis budget ! Le personnel est au petit soin des clients, d’une grande gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquable ! La chambre était prête pour 12h au lieu de 14h, cela m’a éviter d’attendre 2h, sinon en cas d’arrivée avant 14h, l’hôtel garde vos valises gracieusement (aussi bien à l’arrivée qu’au départ). L’hôtel dispose d’un parking gratuit. La chambre bien que petite etait parfaite pour 3 personnes, dotée de juste ce qu’il faut pour dormir, regarder la télévision, se rendre au toilette ou prendre une douche. Bien insonorisé, je n’ai que rarement entendu une porte claquée. L’hôtel propose un petit déjeuner payant, des en-cas (pizzas, croque monsieur, coquillettes fromage jambon) et dispose d’un bar bien achalandé ! Un distributeur automatique de boissons chaudes et froides. Si vous avez l’application To Good to go, l’hôtel propose via cet application, 7 à 10 pièces de viennoiseries pour 2,99€ (au 04/04/2025). Je recommande cet hôtel et son personnel chaleureux, que je remercie infiniment pour son attention durant notre séjour. Belle continuation à l’équipe de l’ibis budget et ibis hôtel.
