Secrets Cap Cana was amazing. Mom/daughter trip- 5 days . Overall: The entire resort was easy to get around, was kept in great shape, was very clean and the service was top notch! Everyone was so friendly and remembered you. Beach and Pool: The beach was large, very clean, the sand was soft and without garbage, the water was calm, shallow and without waves like in Punta Cana. There was ample amount of seating (both covered and uncovered) on the beach and in the pool. People weren’t having to get up early to stake out their spots. The moment you walked on beach, you were greeted with a friendly smile and impeccable service with 1-2 servers that laid out your towels (plentiful), brought bucket of ice water & served you all day. (Highly recommend Danny!). Don’t forget ample sun screen and raft! Buying it there is $$$. Food/Drinks: many restaurant offerings (varying in style and type), easy to get in and food was great (better than other Secrets we have been to). We drank the water (other than brushing teeth- used bottled) and ate whatever we wanted the entire time and had zero GI issues. Spa: amazing! Rooms: high floor tropical King suite. Perfect, clean, partial ocean views Concierge: Carlos- great! Even had room decorated and had a cake for my bday. Safety: we stayed at resort. Very safe. Airport transfer: great! Cons: small gift shop $$- toothbrush $8. Highly recommend Secrets CC. Bring cash don’t forget to tip!

Phenomenal property and service!

This is a top-notch property. Staff is wonderful, it's not far from the airport and a great place to enjoy some sun and fun in the winter here in Indiana.

Beautiful resort! Plenty of bars/ restaurants. Lovely people and very helpful. Gorgeous beach.

All inclusive is not my thing. The food was good and the beach is beautiful. Leaving the place and coming back was as if you are leaving a compound. No one ever leaves so when we did it seemed like an interrogation. Also my wife was getting some attitude because she is Latina. She got questioned what she is doing there! As if she is not a guest. The cigar store guy wanted to sell me two 12 dollar cigars for 150. Definitely not my vibe.

I stayed on the preferred side of the property and the service and overall experience was exceptional! The grounds are beautiful, good dining options, clean and tons of photo opportunities. We will return!

We had an amazing and relaxing stay at Secrets Cap Cana!! The service was above and beyond by all of the staff. The suite was beautiful with a swim out pool. The food was delicious! We loved our time there! Would definitely visit again soon

Amazing property, great staff and great amenities.

The Secrets resort was an exceptional hotel. There were some concerns during our stay. The temperature of the pool water was freezing. Also the jacuzzi was not working neither. For the amount of money that we paid, which was substantial.this type of luxury property should not have these issues.

The food was edible but it no way did it meet expectations. The items were either severely over cooked or undercooked. The buffet items didn’t look fresh and there were flies buzzing everywhere. In no way do I expect there to be no flies but around the food, there are things such as fans or cases food can be kept in. The mosquitos were rarely around the property but in the suite bathroom they attacked like starving zombies. The daily entertainment wasn’t communicated, you had to actively seek it out. For what we paid, I expected more. Speaking of more, they constantly wanted you to spend more money. For example, a massage, face value $500-600 US, but if you get the magic coupon book the cost was more in line with what you would expect to see. Then they wanted to setup a meeting (similar to that of a time share). The staff were very friendly and the place was clean, but for the $$ go anywhere else…..The most edible food we got was when we went offsite to the mall and ate at the Butcher, or PH casino. By the way, they overcharge for ALL transportation. 1 out of 10 would NOT recommend.
