The room and board were very clean and we loved the breakfast buffets. The room in the summer was a bit stuffy and could have done with a small fan. Overall it was a great place and we highly recommend.

Something that Hotels.com need to inform customers is that this place do not offer towels, bedding and room cleaning. You can get this at an additional cost (don’t know the price) and for 1200kr they can clean after your visit else you have to clean the area yourself. Please check the website of this place before booking.

I forgot to write my review earlier when I stayed there in May 2024. It’s a beautiful location, I stayed in a cabin with an uninterrupted view of the sea. I walked everyday into Visby along the footpath on the coast, it was gorgeous. The room was clean and staff super friendly and professional. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone, as the rooms are clean, great staff, and great rates.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice and food was excellent. Breakfast was superb. Staff was also pro active with some extremely noisy guests, making sure they would quiet down by 10pm. That was very much appreciated since we had to leave the window open due to hot weather.

New rooms, well equipped and clean. Our only problem was the heat in the cabin, at 25-27 degrees outside it was unbearably warm inside and very difficult to sleep well at night unless we left our door open all night. The window only opened 10cm. That was the only issue

Gustavsvik was a pretty nice place to stay. The apartment was comfortable for three or four people with a nice kitchenet and living space, but remember to bring your own sheets and towels - not an uncommon thing in Sweden. It was a little further out of town than I would have liked, but renting bicycles more or less solved that problem. I would say this place was good, but not great. A fair value for the money at the post-tourist time of year.

Extra fees for linen and requirement to clean the property were unexpected

The area is nice with green spaces and beach access. It does not include bed linen, towels, toiletries or any cleaning of the apartment, which must be provided by guests including upon departure.

Lovely and Quiet

Det mesta var bra, men det var väldigt varmt på rummet och svårt att vädra.

Bra och fint läge med närhet till Visby.

Vi havde booket begrænset havsudsigt og det var meget sparsomt havudsigt. Så synes måske at det er bedre at den heder at det ikke er nogen, så man ikke bliver skuffet. Boligen var slidt, men ren!

Bra rum lite varmt bara annars rent o skönt

Jag skulle inte rekommendera någon att boka det här boendet, om man inte är villig att betala ett väldigt högt pris för boende där man själv får stå för lakan, handdukar och städ. Man får definitivt bättre boende, samt billigare om man hyr ett hus eller stuga ist.

Værelset var rent men virkede lidt slidt. Værelset var lige småt nok, især fordi vi boede der i 6 dage. Personalet var smilende og imødekommende. Morgenmaden var fin.

Fantastiskt läge. Rent och praktiskt. Väldigt bra frukost många valmöjligheter. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Smidigt samarbete med cykeluthyrningen och er anläggning.

Allting var bra ,tack för allt, bra bemötande och hjälpsamma.

Bra frukost och okej boende

Nöjd med vistelsen! Väldigt god frukost och fantastiskt läge! Hade dock önskat lite bättre städning då det ingick i rummet som jag var i 6 nätter. Åt på restaurangen och maten var jättegod, men servicen kunde ha varit bättre.
