Staff was great, breakfast was very good. Not super close to town and not much around it, but the hotel stay was great.

Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Location was easy enough to get around in a quieter part of the city. The hotel is older style but that did not bother us as it was very clean. The breakfast was nice too. Eggs cooked perfectly.

Again really friendly wonderful staff. The use of English was great ! Had a chance to talk to 3 front of house personnel and that is why I will come back. Decor is out dated but clean. The people make the hotel.

Fairly basic hotel but perfectly acceptable for one or two nights. Fairly central to town as well, good value for money.

Exterior streets poorly lite and desolate at night. Inside, you walk down pitch black hallways until the sensors decide to turn on the lights briefly. Beds were as small as I have ever seen, and mattresses thin and hard. Desk chairs uncushioned and difficult to move on carpet (no wheels). Room was large, but no A/C. I could go on, but I don’t like being so negative. I will say staff was pleasant and breakfast buffet acceptable…. But other than that, Hideous…

If you want a clean, decent room with breakfast close to the city and parking then this has all of those. It seems good for a day or two stay in Plzen and checks all the boxes. Plenty of plugs for your devices and nice people.

A great find in Pilsen. Quiet with friendly staff. One of the better hotels on this 37 day European walking trip. About 2 blocks from old city wall, now a green belt, and another 2 blocks to the main square. Many small restaurants near by. Pilser Urquell is just a couple of blocks further. For a 3 star hotel, this was a surprise. Large rooms, anything you wanted was quickly provided, and a breakfast above our expectations. We highly reecommend this hotel!

On arrival greeted by a very pleasant & helpful young guy on reception. Hotel is situated in a quiet street but within easy walking distance of main square. We had a room on the 3rd floor and when you entered the main door of room there was a 'hallway' area off which one door led to the bedroom and another door led to the bathroom. The bedroom was very spacious & clean as was bathroom. There was underground parking available at no extra cost. Unfortunately we had an early flight so could not sample breakfast in the hotel however breakfast bags were given to us containing 2 filled rolls, tomatoes, cake & an iced coffee drink. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Room very small. Needed to be for a single bed, as the bed dominated the room leaving very little room to move around the room.
