Rooms with good layout: bed, bathroom, table, chairs make the room feel spacious. Room cleanliness is good. When we arrived in Ipoh city by night bus, arrived at the hotel around 2 am, hot water for bathing was still available. Good service, hotel staff were very helpful when we asked about tourist destinations in the city of Ipoh.

Dirty bed sheet. I don't think they changed the bed sheet after the guest checked out. When I pulled back the bed cover, there are lots of hairs, as if a gorilla slept here before not one hair or 2, but it was covered with it. I called the maid to change the bedding. She removed the bed covering, there was a dead bug on it. Yikes. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

No TV channels and not having enough accommodation

The room is clean, check in process is fast, staff at the counter very helpful and polite.

Hot water heater is not working, the air conditioner is not cold.

I lost my earphone and just realized when I got home. I remember being left on a white bed with the color of a white bed sheet. When he called the receptionist he kept saying he wasn't at the hotel without looking for him even though I begged to ask the housekeeping staff. The staff does not care for the welfare of the customer who will be coming to stay.

Clean & safe, hopefully can make plug for charge any electric of gust and show password wifi automatic can be use some paper not only the gust ask for it.
