I stayed here for 2 nights with my family. We had a huge & clean room, but unfortunately, 2 out of the 3 rooms were very hot. The air conditioner wasn't positioned well. I think they are aware of the heat issue in the corner rooms because they provided a fan. Aside from the heat issue, everything else was great. Breaky was good.

Amazing, I will book that hotel again if I go there.

The hotel is clean and room is big, everything in the room is function well, reception staffs are very friendly and helpful, outside the hotel under the cover has tables and seats for resting and you can order food from the stall in front and having it there. Hotel provides many types of unlimited free drinks, my favorite 's hot chocolate. And free breakfast in the morning, simple but delicious. 711 nearby. Location is away from the busy area, next to 同善堂，the only thing you have to consider is it is a few more minutes to walk to the center Lee Garden area. Highly recommended to travelers go to Hat Yai.

Near the Transport Company, near the commercial area Easy to find things to eat. Clean rooms, complete facilities. Having breakfast at 10 o'clock is delicious too. Next time definitely use the service.

Nice place to stay. Bfast provided also nice. It suitable for kid and senior citizen to stay too. Walking to Kim Yong Market around 8mins, walking to Lee Garden Night Market around 10mins, 5mins to massage shop.

Hotel is clean, convenient, beds are comfortable, 3-star hotels but like 5-star service, the staff are very attentive and caring. Able to call the car without charging

First of all, receptionist very friendly and helpful, also can speak English. So clean and comfortable room, WIFI work very well. Not so far from lee garden, still can be reach by walking. Whenever you need tuktuk or taxi, they can help you to call it. Very recommended.

Friendly service and they are fluent in English, no need to worry about having trouble communicating with hotel staff. we are very well served. 2. go up to the room, the room is spacious for our size, the air conditioner is cold and good, there is a mini freezer and also a safe. clean and nice toilet. There are no obstacles in the bathroom, mattress and clean blanket. Clean and fragrant towels and cute goose shapes. 3. Smooth and fast Wi-Fi connectivity without constraints. 4. We don't need to pay for breakfast, No free breakfast is written on this hotel booking page but they provide free breakfast for us. Delicious taste and accompanied by coffee, milk, chocolate and juice. 7. overall, we are satisfied and if we go to hatuyai someday, we will choose U-hatyai again. Bravo!

The staff are mostly very helpful, rooms are clean and conducive to a relaxed atmosphere . There is a surcharge if more than 2 persons per room though we are not aware of this rule.

this small boutique hotel is the most wonderful hotel in Hatyai. great smile from the staff, wonderful service and clean room.

Nice Hotel, clean room, big size with comfortable bed. Friendly staff at front desk. Private car park with 24hr security guard. Hotel location is at the mid of the city, easy to go shopping and walk around.

Pros: clean room, clean toilet. Cons: no bedroom slipper provided, bedroom floor a bit dusty, duvet cover not clean.
