We stayed one night and used it for transit. Rooms are small. No help with luggage. However, it served the purpose.

Excellent stay. The concierge, particularly Sai Ram was very attentive to our needs and ensured we had a very smooth stay.

Room service and food was good

Great and helpful staff all across. Small rooms. Overpriced for size of rooms. No baby cot available even though marked as family hotel. Overall would not recommend for prices charged.

Property needs a full makeover, lifts are in terrible state and door keys kept getting faulty. The staff were kind and helpful but it’s a shame no matter how hard they tried the property was a big let down.

Its a great hotel and had a fantastic stay. Excellent breakfast options. The only draw back would be a bit smelly bathrooms, otherwise pretty hygienic.

The shower gel was empty and had to wait for 20/25 mins for them to bring. Very small tissue roll. Overall it’s average. There are better options for the price you pay.

Ibis is perfectly located close to the US visa application office and all IT parks. The staff are fantastic. Special mention : Sai Ram and Nandini. I do recommend having king size beds for families though and more extra beds availability. Not to forget, the breakfast was healthy and no nonsense. Love it!

Whether it was recommending local attractions or ensuring my needs were met, the staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a budget-friendly stay with outstanding service. Special shoutout to Front Desk Staff member Mr Sai Ram his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. Their welcoming demeanor and attentiveness truly made a difference during my stay. Additionally, kudos to the Housekeeping Manager Mr Dharani for maintaining such impeccable cleanliness. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable environment did not go unnoticed. Thank you both for contributing to a fantastic experience!

Rooms are much compact than expected Not much moving space within the room Great for all other reasons

There is no valet parking, we were driving across with family 3 states and had luggage. No assistnace were given to get luggage from basement to ground floor. Same happened while check out. I had specifally opted for twin beds, which were changed at the time of check in and given queen size bedroom. The bed was small to fit in 3 people. experince was not good at all

Very comfortable stay

Clean & up to date. Friendly, thoughtful, excellent staff. Rooms a little small, but sufficient for a short stay. Location was great for a 15-minute walk to IKEA, which is why we chose Ibis. Small TV, but didn't use it. Breakfast was good; not expansive, but fresh, good quality and enough range of options.
