Habitacion extremadamente pequeña. Sin telefono, sin cafetera, sin nada. El servicio es malo.

Does the job for a quick sleep and breakfast. Place was clean. As advertised.

The only problem was on day 3, a Sunday, when the breakfast area could not cope. There was a shortage of food and drink, of cutlery and glasses .

They send us a code that did not work and there was nobody to help us. We could not get the room key. The smell was so bad that we decided to find another place. Never had such a bad experience before!

The staff was very courteous and the room was nice. I liked very much that they have shelves to put clothes, unlike every other hotel that I have stayed in of this category. The breakfast choices were not very impressive, however.

Very friendly young lady at the desk when we checked in, it makes a big difference when we are welcomed with a beautiful smile.

Absolutely wonderful, very quiet area and relaxing. The 3 young ladies working behind the desk during our stay were very nice and professional, always had time for me and my wife, nothing was too much for them, this kind of professionalism is needed in this industry, well done Ladies and thank you so much for your kindness.

Bed was very uncomfortable and noisy, bathroom had a foul odour. Very poor nights sleep but the staff member was nice.

Arrived at 10pm, nobody at reception, waited 20 minutes to get our room. Requested a bed for an infant, they had none meaning we had to all sleep in one bed. Very bad experience

Friendly staff, easy check in and clean comfortable room. Breakfast ideal for what we wanted. Would stay again.

Slept comfortably however the public areas did not smell very nice.

Breakfast stools were terrible. Good was poor. Room was clean.

This is a good budget option as a base for travelling into Paris, particularly if you’re in a car and don’t want to drive into the city. We took a train into Paris from Chantilly, which only takes about 25 minutes and literally used the hotel as a place to sleep rather than needing any facilities.

Very small room, no a/c, tap faulty in the bathroom and unfriendly staff

The room was very very dirty. rat pooh in the toilet and aal edges corners full of dust hair and other creepy stuff. we stay here often and this was the first time it was so very dirty. They were friendly cleaned the toilet after complaining but overall it was not clean!

Value for money. Needed sleep over as travelling through. Code system was a nuisance as took several attempts to get into room each time. Good idea when it works.
