Everything is ok, I have a room with a street view and a bathtub.

Location is great with many restaurants nearby. The room is neat and clean, service is excellent, and the staff are super friendly. For this price, you can't find any better.

The bathroom and room are too stuffy, the air conditioner is hard to adjust I have a headache and feel tired when I sleep at night the space and location are good

The hotel is clean, right in the center, so it is very convenient to move. Small room, small swimming pool, just enough equipment, not exactly 4 *, basic gym equipment. Staff is not very friendly. The afternoon tea part is too sketchy compared to the price

I sleep well, good bed, excellent bed sheet. A little bit claustrophobic though because the room is windowless. The room was clean and well equipped. Hot water was not so hot. Breakfast was okay. Communication with the receptionist was not easy since their english is hard to understand.

This is the second time booking. Satisfied every time. Clean room, friendly staff!

The front desk is very classy, ask gently, then answer the customer in a cranky way. Long wait to check the room. On the day of check-out, the room next to me did not know if I accidentally dropped a cigarette and smoked it, then the receptionist slashed the price "1 million 500". Our side apologized for the mistake, but they had to compensate for just 1 cigarette. In general, there is no second visit !!!

Mình ở phòng cao cấp nhất rồi, phòng đẹp lắm nhưng mùi thảm lâu ngày chưa được vệ sinh theo kiểu giặt thảm xộc mùi khó chịu nguyên phòng. Phòng ghi bao gồm Sauna, Steambath nhưng sau dịch có vẻ khách sạn chưa hồi phục hoàn toàn. Hồ bơi thì có nhưng xung quanh hồ bơi, cafe, Sauna, Steambath, trên sân thượng thỉ ngổn ngang, bỏ trống hoang. Cung cách phục vụ của nhân viên tối rất tệ. Nhân viên nam khách sạn buổi tối và sáng không thân thiện và không giúp đỡ khách. Vì khách sạn không có hầm để xe nên xe máy để trước khách sạn khóa xích. Nhà mình đi xe máy, buổi tối lấy xe đi thì nhân viên khó chịu, bảo về trước 22h, nếu sau 22h tính phí. Sáng vợ mình có việc xuống 1 mình lấy xe máy đi, mà nhân viên nam lại khó chịu, xe thì để sát dính nhau không giúp vợ mình lấy xe ra để nữ phải tự lôi ra. Khách sạn 4 sao mà dịch vụ 0 sao. Nếu nhân viên cảm thấy không vui vẻ, thân thiện được thì không nên làm dịch vụ làm ảnh hưởng khách hàng, ảnh hưởng hình ảnh dịch vụ của khách sạn.

The room is clean, the functions work well. Good customer service, will come back next time.

There is no soundproofing, the other room's guests smoke but the smell spreads to their whole room, the room is smelly and secret

This hotel is amazing: many amenities nearby, free afternoon tea and mini-bar, excellent breakfast and chic looking rooms. My 2nd stay there in less than 2 months.

Ho Chi Minh City traffic is wild, but step into this hotel and you are in a world of tranquility and class. The lobby is very well designed and decorated, Our room was arguably the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone.. Foreigners seemed to prefer the Vietnamese options whereas the locals seemed to sample the western foods. The staff were not in your face but always ready to assist with smiles. Lastly, the hotel location is perfect for sightseeing.

Hi, I got a room with 2 beds. One of them was full of bugs (I don't know what kind). However, I found out about it too late (1am in the morning) so I didn't ask for a room change. However, it was disappointing for a 4-star hotel to have its bed not clean.

the hotel is also okay, but must deposit 100 $, do not like it at all, lose to the bar, intending to introduce relatives last night, but this kind of thing probably does not come back.
