Stayed here for 4 days. Staff so lovley and helpful! Room was lovley, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast great. Only little gripe, its a little out the way of the centre. But if you like that, then its fine. Honestly couldnt reccomend it enough! 😁

A great hotel!

Arrived at 02:30 in the morning but the lad on 24hr reception was alert, helpful, friendly and got us to our room quickly with no problems. Equally friendly and helpful was the lady on reception the next two days. Breakfast was great and plentiful but the best thing for us overall was the location…a 4 minute e-scooter ride away from the thermal baths one way (I can recommend) and an 8 minute escooter ride away from the city centre the other way!

Very nice property. Really nice manager. So willing to go out of the way making sure that the stay is pleasant.

Nice little hotell with very nice personnel in the lobby. Close to Metro. However, when it came to breakfast we were very disappointed. Very few things to choose from and very limited amount. We were for sure full but not what I expected when booking a four star hotel.

The front desk person was outstanding ( Edina). The breakfast was decent altho they need a better way to keep hot foods hot. The hot water was terrific for a shower- the half glass barrier was an insufficient shower curtain

Safe, Quiet, Convenient to Transportation and Wonderful staff.

Nice staff. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Very nice shower and bathroom. Nice views to the park. Ina pleasant side of the city, but a bit isolated. The downside.is the guttery smell in the room.

So easy to use metro to and from anywhere

David and staff at reception were extremely helpful. We had a lot of questions which they helped us with. The location was fabulous near the Heroes park which was a lovely area to walk around. Also near tthe metro which was very easy to use.

Perfect location for Hero's square. We walked across to the park each day enjoying the zoo balloon ride many lovely cafes. 2 minute walk to the metro which we used to go to the main shopping centre we had to visit C&A so many huge shops and great restaurants and then we had a trip on the Danube very enjoyable a great way to see a lot of famous sites. The Medic is the perfect location.
