Great hotel! Clean and friendly staff!

More expensive than expected because of pet fees. I filtered for pet friendly and free parking but between the valet and the pets it’s was $250 more than I was told upon booking.

I had an amazing experience aside from checking in and finding out the deposit I was told about was per night instead of a flat rate everything else was amazing the staff was great also

We drove a dually truck. The valet kid parked it right in front of the building...after obviously rummaging to see what can be stolen....we were in a hurry and stupidly left a gun and my wallet in the car in the center arm console. 10am the NEXT morning we are notified that at "like maybe 2 or 3 this morning" our back window was busted out and everything stolen from our vehicle. It was parked right in front of THE FRONT DOOR in front of a POLICE CAR that belonged to a person staying in the hotel. What a crazy situation and just all around headache.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive. As for the rooms, make sure you’re very comfortable with the people you might be sharing a room with. The sliding bathroom doors don’t allow for a lot of privacy.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Valets were fantastic and quick! A big shout-out to Trey and Jordan for taking great care of us while we were there. Sonya in the kitchen was so sweet and kept the breakfast area clean and stocked.

Very best at service

Booked this hotel due to the location and photos on their website. The location was absolutely amazing as it was a short walk to a lot of restaurants and attractions in the area. The hotel lobby was in great condition and the staff was so nice and welcoming. I originally booked a smaller room for my boyfriend and myself but the staff upgraded us for our 3 night stay which was fantastic! Our room had a nice view of the area. The cleanliness of the room was pretty good. Only thing we noticed was your typical wear and tear of rooms. I would definitely book this location again!

I stayed at a Home2 during the Club Football World Cup. The Hotel is located less than 5 minutes walk from the Atlanta Falcons & Basketball facilities. The Staff here are all Amazing, very friendly, engaging & very helpful in answering any questions.

Staff was very welcoming, attentive & friendly! Would definitely stay here again. Very close to everything in downtown so you can easily get around.

I don't know if they've changed management or something, but all of my interactions with the staff were super pleasant. Very friendly from valet to housekeeping. The lady (I didn't get her name but she said she's been with Hilton for over 10 years) running the breakfast was above and beyond great. Great proximity to whatever they call the Georgia Dome and Phillips Arena nowadays.

Great art and staff. Property is a little behind with maintenance but by no means bad. A little elbow grease would really help this place shine.

Great location

It was very convenient and within walking distance of everything in the area.

Location was good if you’re just going to the aquarium or other museums. Other than that there was not much going on. Breakfast and staff were AMAZING!!!!!! Room was clean but condition seemed run down. The arm to the chair looked like it had been chewed… the foam was exposed. The lounge chair was dirty and stained. Overall for the price we paid we were satisfied.

The hotel itself was fine, breakfast was good. but the area it was in downtown was uncomfortable to be in, didn’t feel safe at night or walking, parking was also VERY expensive, loud music was blaring outside from a car for about two hours on my second night there.

When I arrived at the facility, one of the workers was outside smoking. We were then told there was a $100 deposit required for each day of our stay. After seeing that the room was dirty, we informed them that we would not be staying. I asked to speak with a manager, but the staff member said there was no manager on duty until the next morning and that nothing could be done. This place is unprofessional and dirty—I would never recommend staying here.
