Once again, the art of the customer experience is out the door. Myself and another gentleman waited at the unattended front desk for about ten minutes before someone (pleasant) came to the front.
My room, although it was a well maintained space (maintenance-wise), the room wreaked of urine. By the time I found the source of the smell, there was nobody to come and clean it up on-site any longer. I was promised that someone would come and take care of it by 9am the following morning. I waited until 1030am and it didn't happen. I walked down and the next inattentive person at the front was nonchalant about my followup complaint.
I left and came back a few hours later and the spots were remedied, but the stench still engulfed the room. I asked the maid playing loud, explicit music from her phone that was next door if they had anything to get rid of the odor. She went in and sprayed the room and I sat outside for a bit before going into the room again.
