Great staff, large clean rooms and wonderful btrakfast

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with a huge bed and hot water for the shower. I liked its location just outside of the city center because it encouraged me to explore more — which was fun. The city is gorgeous. The facilities also have a spa and pool, but I did not partake this time around. My only “complaint” is that due to the low season, the dinner service wasn’t available, but snacks were available for purchase and had big portions. All in all not bad.

Nice hotel, close to everything in Evora. Easy checkin. Staff friendly and personable. And there is free parking but it’s quite tight.

Great location, very helpful staff and quality room and restaurant

We stayed two nights in late December. Overall, it was a nice stay for us. The hotel is close to major sights in Evora, and relatively close to the train station. The room was clean and well-kept. We had a high expectation for their breakfast, which we paid for, but it was not top quality. Warm items were limited in variety, and exactly same items were repeated everyday. Could this be due to relatively few guests staying at the hotel at this time? Also, the hotel was charging fee for renting slippers for guests wanting to use their indoor pool, which we did not understand.

I was very satisfied with both the exterior of the building and the cleanliness of the hotel. I especially appreciated the option of a breakfast box prepared for guests who needed to leave the hotel before breakfast hours.

Staffs are great, location is good and room is clean but too simple… For 4 star hotel and we expect the room facility are higher standard.

From the quick check-in process to the clean common areas and room, this hotel has exactly what you’ll be looking for in Evora. The hotel is well-situated and is very close to the historic sites and many great places to grab a pasty, lunch, or dinner. I was able to see everything and try various food by walking anywhere from 3 to 15 mins around the hotel. It’s also about a 14 minute walk to the train station which is great. More specifically, the staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel had a very modern yet warm ambience. The toiletries in the washroom smelled nice and felt like they were high quality. The linens were clean and fresh and the blackout curtains and soundproof rooms made for a very restful sleep!

The gentlemen at the reception area were friendly, informative & very helpful! They made a terrific first impression! On site parking was great. Breakfast was fabulous. Room was clean. Centrally located & very walkable. Would highly recommend!
