The room looked exactly like the picture and the location was strategic, walked approximately 5 minutes to Lee Garden Plaza.

My choice of hotel when on vacation to Hatyai, the location of the hotel is very strategic, surrounded by places to eat and thai massage, just walking distance to Lee Garden culinary. And their CS/Housekeeping is very friendly.

Everything is good except The front desk receptionist does not accept guests. Can't say because it's not recommended. Not interested in customers.

Close to lee garden and halal food outlets. It's great to find cheap travel and tour packages. Book new wing so the room is beautiful and clean again.

Good location but terrible service at reception. I've request non smoking room but given me a smoking room. Floor was dirty. Besides, website allow request for connecting room but didn't allow me to put connect to which room. Kinda useless. Will not come again nor recommend anyone to come.

Room is ok, just moderate for that price but the lift service was bad. Waiting time is so long. Parking service is very good.
