Me and my husband found that it was convenient staying here. The only issue was the steps was a lot to get to our room but other than that we had no complaints. The room was cozy and housekeeping kept it clean.

Wish they have AC in the rooms . Otherwise basic standard

This hotel was right in the middle of the tourist area of Krakow. The room was very well maintained with AC and the hotel served great breakfast every day. The only part that could have been better was that there was no elevator and we were on the 5th floor so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

No A/C, noisy, extremely outdated, thoroughly unhelpful staff, no parking though paid for it, nothing but a dump. Better to sleep in your car than here.

Hotel condition is very poor it’s like going back in time 30 years everything is very dated and in poor condition. I paid extra for a room with a garden view as having stayed on this street before the front is very noisy due to trams running on the road in front. This room was also larger. When I arrived I was given a room facing the front of the hotel and didn’t have a view let alone a garden view. All I had was sky lights. Only half of the room was accesible as it was unsafe to acces the bed from the one side die to the low sloping ceiling. Conditions of furniture were also very poor. When I complained about the room was told they were full so couldn’t be moved and was iffered a few drink at a sister hotel. There is no way I would’ve stayed here if I knew this was the room I was getting. Hotel is also very unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues or elderly or poor health due to no lifts and difficult access to the property.

Staff was kind, check-in easy. Parking was a challenge as expected. Cost of a parking ticket on the street was the same as overnight parking via the hotel, fyi. Large room. Fan was critical without a/c and provided in the room. Convenient and would stay here again.

This hotel was exactly as it said. Close to Tram Stop and main square all amenities close by. Lovely hotel, warm, clean and friendly. Food at breakfast was great and something for everyone. Only downside was no lift so if you are not good with stairs sorry you will miss out.

We thought the hot food at breakfast wasn't as hot as it could have been but that was the only thing everyone was very pleasant and helpful

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfast. However, we would have liked to have an airconditioning in our room as it was very hot at night.

The rooms are very big, beds comfortable. We found the rooms to be quiet. There is no lift so being on the 3rd floor and having to walk up 3 flights of stairs after a day of walking was tiring. We arrived early on day one though and the staff did take our cases to our room ready for us to go to our room at the allocated time. The shower was not great as there was not much power to it. The rooms would benefit from a safe and a fridge. The staff were helpful although at times I was not sure if they had taken in what I had said. There is a breakfast area and garden at the back of the hotel which is shared by the Yarden hotel. It cost 35 zloty each for breakfast and it is buffet style so we used this for when we had an early start as it opens by 7.30am. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Old Town. All in all we were pleased with the hotel and would possibly stay here again.

The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond with any request we had. It was raining a lot and they even gave us umbrellas. Our room was very clean. We will come back here for sure. We truly had a wonderful experience here. Thank you!

Lovely little hotel with everything you need for a short stay. Close to everything with a tram stop outside. Staff very helpful. We went on an early trip so missed breakfast but they made us a packed lunch with was very nice and filling. Good choice of good st breakfast too

Was lovely and clean,large room out the back so was quiet,10 minutes walk to the square,we didn't have the breakfast so cannot comment on that,staff very friendly apart from one of the receptionist,Mateusz was very helpful

Good location for Main Square in the old town. Room was very clean and comfortable, towels changed as you needed. The reception staff were pleasant but managed to mess up a couple of things - double check everything you've booked e.g. taxis, trips. We booked a trip from here, it was more expensive, lots of other deals available on line with reputable companies. Packed breakfast was not great for what they charge, I'd recommend to purchase something prepacked and take it with you.
