I book this for me and my family of 4 to overnight before a flight. We got in late (10 pm) and the whole place was shut down with lights out. I made a call to the contact number given by Expedia. After working my way around a french only automated answering system a gentleman responded... in french. He was of Portuguese origin and did not speak a word in English. We worked around that with some of my broken French and partial Spanish, and finally he came driving, opened up the reception cabin and handed me the keys. In all fairness, he did his best. However, this is basically a trailer park with cabins available (not really an apartment hotel). We drove to the cabin and opened up the front sliding door. The amenities were basically none in the cabin we were assigned and bedding did not leave a lot to be desired and the furniture was filthy and some broken (broken table foot, candle wax on the table top, and the two chairs to accompany the indoor dining table were broken plastic patio chairs. Bedding and towels looked like they had been washed a thousand times and were worn with matching softness. One room had a queen size spring bed of some sort and the other had bunk bed not fitting for an adult or tall teen. I had booked this based on it fitting 4 people, being not too far from LYS Airport, AND because of the pictures, which did NOT represent the actual condition of the lodging. The photographer did a great job here in making the lodges presentable. We left!
