Really liked this hotel. Off the beaten path but within 10 min walk to city center. Had a balcony room which was great. Really nice staff. I suggest checking out the breakfast. It’s wonderful!

We enjoyed a lovely, spacious room with a view of the city off the balcony. The staff is super helpful. The buffet breakfast is AMAZING!

This hotel is walking distance to St Stephen’s Cathedral and St Anne’s. The U lines are near by as is the park.

Hotel was so close to all the sight and public transport. I had a single room with a gorgeous view of Vienna. Perfect lay out and very comfortable. It was lovely to come back and relax on the balcony. They offered coffee/tea and cake in the afternoon.

Excellent rooms. Looks like they have been renovated recently. Lots of space, sofa, great bathroom and fridge. All on top three floors so good views of the city. No restaurant other than for breakfast but plenty of options to eat out. Very close to a tram stop on the Vienna ring.

This hotel was perfectly located close to public transport and the centre of Vienna whilst also hosting the balance of the quiet park close by. We also upgraded to a balcony room which was completely worth it. My only comment would be on the air conditioning. The system was quite old and we struggled with keeping the room cool in the evening due to the extreme heat.

Unique property and very Pleasant

Top tier balcony. Hotel is located on floors 11-13 with 13 being the top floor. This is one the highest viewpoints in Vienna, and you're in for a great view.

Would've been 5 stars for me, except that the staff service wasn't the best. We came in from a long day hoping to order room service as we saw that room service runs till 10pm, but we were told at 8:15pm that room service closed at 8pm. When we went back to our room, verified their literature and confronted them, they offered to service us. And the room cleaning wasn't done till 5pm on one of the days we returned back before then. We came back to rest a bit before our next activity, but the room cleaning came in at 5pm and we had to sit outside on the balcony in the drizzle while they cleaned the room. Service is pretty bad for a beautiful hotel with great location, comfortable rooms and beautiful rooms.

Spacious, Well managed hotel with poor thinking about international customers. The room had a balcony with good view, but require a lot of walking for trams, its bit far away from the city centre. The hotel had put zero thoughts about international guests and there was no entertainment for you or your kids. They have a big TV but unless you own a Samsung its worthless, you cannot cast, there is no internet TV option plus near zero English channels. All of this could have been solved by a smart TV. Overall the service is good, cordial staff and okay breakfast buffet. Issues for late night travel as trams run leas frequent or stop.

Very good hotel and best single room i ever had. It was in 13th floor with balcony, so nice view from the room and balcony. Room was spacious for the single room with closet and refrigerator. All setting, furniture, etc was very excellent and i even liked the shower room setting with big showe head. Best hotel experice i had... including free coffee and cakes in the afternoon... i just wish they had free water in the lobby for longer time, including evening time.

Great location making it very easy to explore Vienna on foot or hop on public transport. Quiet, well equipped, pleasant and helpful team. I docked a star because of a couple of housekeeping issues - relatively minor and quickly resolved but worth a mention in the spirit of constructive feedback: we were given a double room despite requesting a twin, we had no hand soap, one of the bath towels was removed after the first day and not replaced. Would still recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff were amazing, I don’t remember the names of all of them except Lisa who was very helpful on several occasions. Beautiful hotel and great location across from the State Park. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in a super convenient location on the edge of the Inner City. Park, dining options, walking distance to all attractions.
