Room was neat, tidy and clean.

I love that hotel, very friendly and they have transportation to the airport to the hotel. I love that I will definitely go back.

The pictures online are very deceiving. Not like i was going to use the robe but it was visibly dirty. The sheets had stains, the towels had stains, there were weird stains all over the walls, the bed looked as if someone had just thrown it together in a hurry. I would not recommend for the price. If i didnt arrive so exhausted i would have found another place and left immediately.

While we thought the Hotel was good value-it would be difficult if someone had ability issues-no elevator but restaurant on 4th floor… Great food however at this Hotel and the staff are terrific! Needs some updating but otherwise a good spot

There was no food available in hotel and no restaurant or store close by. When I asked the bartender just pointed outside In the room the phone did not work, a glass shelf was broken, a light switch was broken by the bed

Nice staff, shower okay, rooftop terrace restaurant okay open until 1pm only. Room was Motel 6 quality in remote location. Taxi required for anything you do. Cable TV out 4 days and running. Tiny bathroom. No chairs, glasses, refrigerator. Door locks at 11pm.

The rooms were clean and stocked with soaps and lots of towels. The air conditioner worked great. They have a beautiful pool but we spent most time at the beach!! The best part about the hotel was the AMAZING STAFF!! The beautiful queen (Olga?) at the front desk was always above and beyond nice. She even helped me carry my bag up two flights of stairs. The staff in the restaurant were beyond amazing..the food was fresh!! Best coffee and Barista in Puerto!! The server JJ was the epitome of EXCELLENCE in customer service!! The only thing was location wasn’t near to much so needed to taxi everywhere short rides. Thanx to this AMAZING Team they all work so hard and we are grateful!! LOVE AND LIGHT💜💫

The food and service in the restaurant was excellent.

Very loud in all common areas from external noises, not the fault of the hotel but made it difficult to work and sleep.

We stayed at Shavanna for 11 nights in August and it was such a great experience. The hotel is very nicely designed, very nice upstairs lounge/dining area, great breakfast, very clean. It was mostly quiet during the low season we visited which we enjoyed. And we were most thankful to the staff who were very pleasant, friendly and eager to help. We enjoyed chatting with Eddie who helped us out with getting to know the town, find us services we needed & provided great recommendations overall.

Shavanna was a lovely if simple hotel I stayed in for a night. They had all the basics and a nice couryard with a pool. The location is close to the airport, though not convenient to much eating/drinking or the beach.

This is our second visit to Shavanna.. We really liked it so much 3 years ago, the place was perfect.. BUT, This trip we felt it has lost its luster. The pool area was in need of repair, rotten wood, rough edges, a bit grimy. All the wood and there is a lot of it, needs refreshing or replacing. There were dogs left alone in the guests room and they were angry and barked allot - we love them we have 5. On a better note.. the bartender was spot on and charming and the restaurant and the drink great.

My fourth time here. Always love it here but I do miss the welcome drink and breakfast included. At least should have free coffee. Antonio is great as was the whole staff.
