Loved staying with Colin and Lisa. They are very accommodating and hospitable. The whole house is impeccable. The rooms are very comfortable and well decorated. Would definitely book again!!

Colin and Lisa were perfect hosts. Inglestone House is delightful. The bed was comfy, the room was lovely, the breakfasts were great.

The stairs inside were a little difficult and outside from the street were quite steep.

Really enjoyed staying here. Our room was very comfortable and clean with a cozy home type of feel. The owners are very nice and very helpful. The location is a very good place in town and the owners helped us with recommendations for places to visit and where to eat.

Comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, centrally located for all the Kelso sights, bars and restaurants. Good value for money. Overall a great stay.

Great location, handy for shops and restaurants and also handy for cycling the 4 abbeys way and/or walking part of the St Cuthberts Way or nearby Pennine Way. Room and Hotel in general was very clean and the proprietors were very welcoming and helpful. WE would stay here again.

Nice little guest house, clean and welcoming. Breakfast was freshly cooked and they had a nice selection. I would return when in the area again.

Unfortunately the pub next door had live music until 1am and constant passing customers which kept us awake until 1am. Apart from that the b&b is very clean and offers a delicious breakfast with friendly helpful owners.

This is a very nice, friendly guest house in a central location, with plenty of eateries within a few minutes walk.

Shame we were only there for one night! Very enjoyable stay. Friendly, helpful and welcoming. Lovely breakfast.

A very, very nice B&B. Could not fault anything. Lisa and Colin welcoming and genuine. Room very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect! catered for a gluten free diet without fuss. And the coffee was top quality. Attention to detail made the breakfast a very nice experience. Would be more than happy to recommend this B&B to anyone.

Very pleasant stay in Kelso during the Civic week. B&B is centrally located but also off the main central street so it is very quiet. Couple that run the B&B are very accommodating and helpful.
