Very good....room tidy quiet place to stay breakfast wasn't available but was recommended some good places to eat. Staff member very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely faultless...location was easy walking distance to all amenities..staff were really helpful..room was a very good size, clean and bed was comfortable...everything was great..we could park our motorcycles right next to our window for peace of mind..and to top it all the price was a real bargain...Will definitely stay here again

The Hosts at Monsell Hotel were excellent. On a Hot and humid night there was even a fan in our room. 🙂

It was good, unfortunately the light bulb in the bathroom went but that wasn't anyone's fault, luggage storage was only £5 which was great, I definitely will stay there again. :)

I had room 19. The room needs to have some net curtain or blinds... not very private!!

room was to hot not much air con bed was to high but comfortable mattress i suggest them to get low beds some people struggle with back knee pain

I can not find anything wrong it was magnificent and very clean lovely location as well not too far from town

The receptionist was excellent and friendly. Room was basic but clean. Good value for money. Only a short walk to town centre and beach. I had a family room with double bed and a single bed. Parking on site but it will be on a first come basis. Didn’t try the breakfast but it smelt lovely.

Hotel was in a quiet location with easy parking and within walking distance of the seafront and town centre. Staff were welcoming on checkin and kept in touch with check in and out times clearly stated with a key drop service available should this be needed. Lovely view from the room and residents kept the hotel quiet even in the early hours. There is no lift at the hotel and our room was on the top floor which involved climbing 2 flights of stairs so someone with mobility issues may suffer. There was plenty of security lighting and cctv covering all the main passageways to help you feel secure.

Linens need more thorough washing. Walls were really thin so you could hear everyone in the surrounding rooms. Bathroom was clean. Location and parking were ideal.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The room and bathroom was spotless. Staff Were extremely friendly and welcoming. I would definitely rebook next time we are in Skegness
