Friendly staff, lovely cooked breakfast. Room could do with a little updating.

Hotel was in a quiet location with easy parking and within walking distance of the seafront and town centre. Staff were welcoming on checkin and kept in touch with check in and out times clearly stated with a key drop service available should this be needed. Lovely view from the room and residents kept the hotel quiet even in the early hours. There is no lift at the hotel and our room was on the top floor which involved climbing 2 flights of stairs so someone with mobility issues may suffer. There was plenty of security lighting and cctv covering all the main passageways to help you feel secure.

Good breakfast nice and hot.Car parking exalt. Staff on had for anything you needed.

Linens need more thorough washing. Walls were really thin so you could hear everyone in the surrounding rooms. Bathroom was clean. Location and parking were ideal.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The room and bathroom was spotless. Staff Were extremely friendly and welcoming. I would definitely rebook next time we are in Skegness

We were in a very small room, ok for one night I guess. There was a mix of different furniture but clean and usable. a sliding door lead to a very small toilet and shower area, which we thought could do with decorating. It was very clean although the flooring could do with replacing and also the shower tray needed replacing.we had no shower gel, so take your own. The windows outside needed a good clean. Everything was dust free and the linen fresh. Paid extra for breakfast which was made ready at a set time. It was ok . Self service for drinks .

The room was big, bed was not comfy and it smelt funny

It was clean enough, but some wallpaper coming away from the wall no towel rails and tv was so small i couldn't watch it old lcd tv so when you lay on the bed you can’t see the picture very well

Room was terrible Bed was uncomfortable, shower was freezing cold unable to use. Kettle we couldn’t fill up and it was dirty and limescale was floating around. Pillows hard and lumpy. Litter left under unit and tea stains on window ledge. Breakfast was lovely disappointed there was no orange juice.

Lovely hosts, great service and a good breakfast. Location good and close to everything. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Would recommend.

Shower was a little small but nice hot water and great water pressure
