Check in was flawless

Hotel was clean and well prepared. Pool space was clean also and staff were readily available to request extra towels. I would stay here again.

We don't travel as much as we used to, but we always try to stay at a Hampton. The breakfast options they provide was adequate and what we've come to expect. The location was convenient. The price was a bit too high. I'm glad we were there for only 1 night.

Nice property

Check in was not a good experience. Waited to for check. To be be told room wasn't available up check in. Since it hasn't been cleaned. Had another king size bed, cleaned, and available. For an individual with no reservation. Front desk clerk was going to have my husband and I wait for a king sized bed room to be cleaned. Despite having a reservation.

I did not notice anything unique about the property. What I did notice was an extreme attention to detail on making my experience outstanding.

Very clean, king Suite , great breakfast offered

Our room had BEDBUGS!! Otherwise I would have rated it as a good place to stay. We were moved to another room after reporting the bedbugs to staff, bedbug was shown to staff. We repeatedly asked to speak with a manager, however no one reached out to us. I’m very concerned that others staying there will bring home this very unwanted guest.

We have stayed here before but this stay was a little disappointing.
