Super nice staff, clean room, problems solved immediately

Unfortunately, my stay was disrupted in a very upsetting way. Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly displayed, someone from the hotel opened our room door and entered in the morning, waking us up. When I reported this to the front desk, the receptionist said she did not know why this happened, which is extremely concerning. Guest privacy and safety should be a top priority at any hotel. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, and it significantly affected our stay. I hope management takes this matter seriously and reviews their procedures to ensure it does not happen to other guests.

Clean and modern. The uncarpeted floor meant you can hear all the luggages and housekeeping equipment being pulled and push outside your room, it’s noisy.

The guy at the desk quickly corrected the error in the room I was given.

The breakfast was rich, and the rooms are modern and very clean.

Beautiful room

200 Euros for a run down room isn't acceptable. That said, we were in a rush and only stayed one night anyway so we didn't say anything, as the bed was fine and clean.

Very central hotel , clean, modern, friendly staff. Breakfast wasn't great. No iron etc in the room. Air con was limited and noisy. Having said that we would use this hotel again.

I enjoyed my stay at Innside Leipzig very much. The location was great, the room was well-designed and comfortable. i found the staff friendly and helpful. They also offer a wonderful breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price. Altogether, a very nice experience.

Great location, close to city center. Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast and sauna and workout area. The rooftop deck is fun! The entire vibe of the place is just right.

Nice stay!

Mein Eckzimmer im ersten Stock war absolut leise. Ich habe nur minimal etwas von außen gehört und die Zimmernachbarn gar nicht. Auch für die Nacht die Lüftung auf niedrige Temperaturen einzustellen ging, was nicht so oft in anderen Hotels möglich ist. Von daher war ich voll zufrieden.

The hotel is in general amazing and when they would offer more variety of fruit juices at breakfast, it would be almost perfect.
