Great service, clean

The showers were vey nice and lean. The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel staff was excellent, and the continental breakfast was consistently outstanding with a varied selection each day. However, I was not pleased with the construction noise (drilling) near the hotel.

This is the hotel our family uses when traveling to Peru. Outstanding attention and assistance by staff. We really appreciate the hospitality provided- will continue to use their accommodations for future travels.

The air condition leaked for two days before the hotel made the repair. I need to turn off the A/C in order not to have the water leak on the floor

the property is good, just the thing bad was they don't provide things like dental kit ,comb etc like other hotels if they do they charge a lot .

I stayed for a week back in October 2022. Thought I wrote a review but never did. They have wifi unlike some review said, the code only works for a certain amount of hours so you have to contact the staff for a new one. You can communicate with them by WhatsApp which is ideal for me. You can ask them to clean your room and bring you more toilet paper or even a wine bottle opener haha. You can order delivery with rappi and the lobby will contact you also. The coffee at breakfast is awful and it would be nice if they didn't add ham to the scrambled eggs but it's nice that they have hard boiled eggs and a variety of rolls, fruits and juice. It was kind of chilly in the room at that time of the year and the windows weren't able to close all the way. There was no heat but the comforter was warm enough. Also the street was very noisy but if you've ever been to Peru that is pretty difficult to escape anywhere. The area is safe and there is a park across the street, and there seems to be a guard of some kind all day long. As someone else said sometimes the water isn't hot enough in the shower but if you wait long enough it will eventually get hot again. I only asked them to clean my room one time and they did an excellent job. I love sheets that smell like bleach so I was very happy. They accommodated me with a late check out since my flight was leaving late, just had to pay extra but was worth it. Overall worth the price at the time although I noticed their rate has increased since.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The "King" bed was actually 2 full size bed and wasn't very comfortable the line in the middle when I was slepping.

They charge you for everything and it would be nice to mix up the breakfast options, but overall, nice hotel, clean, and friendly.
