The service here is quite good, the rooms are clean and nice.

I think it does not meet 4-star standards, no one helped with luggage from the time I entered until I left, and no warm greetings. The breakfast buffet was not very diverse, the food was not delicious. I asked to book a motorbike but the receptionist forgot, I had to wait for more than an hour and was given a sloppy answer to get over the matter.

No where during the booking process were we made aware that the pool is not in use due to covid. We had checked numerous other hotels where pools are in use and people can use them. We booked this hotel for the pool and now we cannot use it. And we cannot get a refund from this app now. This is terrible!

I highly recommend The Reed Hotel for you get what you pay for. The service is excellent. The room is clean and beautiful. We were given the room on the 9th floor and the view was awesome. The room is spacious and the bathroom is big with a bathtub. Everything is excellent. The staff were so nice and accommodating. The lobby of the hotel is so cozy. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I visit Ninh Binh again. Outstanding!

At night the room opposite me was very noisy, I reflected the reception and was immediately resolved. So I am satisfied with the hotel.
