Parking is a pain, getting your keys is a pain, you have to go to another building and figure out where it is. Cafes are great. In the building hallway the carpet was so dirty. Kitchen there were no towels. Beds are soooooo uncomfortable

There are 6 buildings in the area with multiple operator offices.Regarding vision,they send you a location to one of the buildings,you start the searching journey for the entrance & round 6 complete blocks to search for the right location,you start asking every shop and restaurant in the street to collect clues and finally after 2 hours I found the office for Vision in one of the buildings different than the appartment building,you will get the feeling that the whole process is a scam.They will tell you then your appartment location which is different than the original location they sent. The parking is another story,it will be inside a shopping mall in the area and the distance between the parking and the appartment is pure luck.Imagine walking a long distance with your luggage. At time of check in they take deposite and promise to give it back immediately after check out,when you check out they will tell you we are busy now and no one available for inspection and tells you to come back later. The appartment from inside is full of insects, cracks all over bathroom walls, sofa bed breaks your back,a 2 years old cotton pillows with scattered cotton in a non uniform way. When I left i found a lady searching for her appartment from another rental office,i tried to help her but we couldn't find her appartment or the rental office.I hope she did by now. A Casino in the area which makes the environment unsafe in addition to a lot of homeless in the area.

Excellent value for money. Spotlessly clean, large one bed apartment with double sofa bed in living room. Would definitely stay here again. Only negative comment is that because the reception for the apartments is in a different building it was really confusing figuring out where to go to check in and get keys. Comms via the website were very clear and specific, just unfortunately not accurate due to recent change in location of the reception! Once we finally found the reception, staff were lovely and helpful. Happy to retain our cases for a couple of hours after checkout too without any charge. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Towels were stained. AC in our room was weak to reach the bedroom. My daughter's room has no AC so we had to move them to our room. Anna said that there's no other room available so she agreed for us to request for a refund due to unavailable AC room. Management hasn't responded up to this time regarding my request despite multiple emails and messages. So frustrating and disappointing!

I Liked the property location, nice appartment, very poorly equiped in spcial the kichen. Sporadic cleaning, poor air conditioning. The home very much overcharged, avoid if you can. Watch for your deposit you might not get all back.

The location is wonderful, the best spot in the center where everything is reachable. The appartment is nice and tidy.

The apartment was very nice, the area is very comfortable, there is a supermarket and restaurants nearby and a relatively short drive from the center. The apartment was cleaned only once during the 8 days and towels were provided only once during the stay and they did not take care to empty garbage, put garbage bags and only put a toilet roll once. For this reason I had to buy toilet paper and garbage bags and wash towels alone

The apartment was in very good condition and met all our needs. At the same time, we stayed in the apartment for 7 nights and only on the last day did they change our towels and throw away the trash. And it is important to note that they left the apartment open and did not lock it. In addition, during the entire stay we were not provided with toilet paper, a change of towels and garbage bags. We had to buy toilet paper, throw out the trash ourselves, buy laundry soap and wash the towels ourselves. I understand it's not a hotel but there is basic room service which I think should be included in the price. In addition, the man at the reception was impatient and did not miss a face in our requests for help. Again, in general we are very satisfied with the apartment but the room service is lacking.

Property is right in the middle of a really fun open air shopping area with plenty of restaurants and cafes. Indoor shopping and groceries are also nearby. The metro station is a short walk away. The aparetment itself was clean and well appointed. The price was very reasonable and the staff was friendly and spoke english well.

Really enjoyed our stay, staff were helpful. Clean apartment for a family of 4.

The apartment was excellent and super clean. Barbara assisted us with the check in that was easy and fast. We had an expected delay with the arrival time and she offered assistance all the way. The apartment itself has great amenities, but I have to say that the mattresses ruined the experience. Apart from that, everything was good.

Prime location and well connected to all public transport. Very courteous and warm staff. Placed in the center of various shopping and eating options. The housekeeping was below par. Had to remind several times for basic cleaning and trash removal. Also had few snags like lights not working and washbasin not darining the water properly. Waited1day tolerating these before they could arrange a handyman to fix those. The bed and beddings are far from comfortable. One day the building access stopped working and someone had to come running from 3 blocks away with a new access chip ( thank you! Hehe) Bought my own toilet paper rolls because the staff never left fresh ones during the first cleaning. Can't complain. You can't expect 5 star treatment at such cheap rates. But they are definitely overrated in Hotels.com Beware the actual stay is 2 blocks of walk away from the address given. The address belongss to a dingy reception. But it's manned by a sweet lady. She's helpless I know.

We found this place after having to leave a terrible hotel in the toursity area that was a complete scam. We were very grateful for everything this apartment had to offer at a very fair price. Book here with a peace of mind

Lovely apartment conveniently located to all amenities. Only negative is reception location unclear. We were assisted by residents who experienced the same issue late at night. We were thankful they were able to assist us.

the apartment was central and very clean, the receptionist who helped us was amazing , but the apartment addresses are a bit tricky to find. very happy stay.

The contacts on the phone was really helpful and flexible, as I had problem with the check-in time (15:00-20:00) due to other arrangements, however when they understood my problem I was offered a possibility of early check-in (already at 12:00) however cleanliness of the apartment was not spotless... Not sure if that was because of the short time-slot in between guests or if it was bad-luck.. Bed was fairly small and the parking was under another building, so no direct access to the car-park from the flat.

Even though it’s a little further away from city center, it’s a great value if you are going to Budapest for more than two days. The apartment came as advertised. (Though internet didn’t work initially). They were very accommodating. The place is about couple mins walk from metro and the plaza has almost everything you need.

The Apartment was in a great location. It was small but nice. Only one Chair to sit on. It could have been better but for the price it was okay. There were only two towels for 2 people and we stayed there for 3 days. Overall it was good and i would stay there again
