For the amount I pay, it's definitely value for money. The staff are friendly, full toiletries (Except they did'n replace the comb after they finish cleaning my room or leave the old comb behind). They can also do better with housekeeping to ensure all the cups are clean, this part they missed out for 3 days in a roll. It also comes with breakfast, it can't compare to 5 or 5 stars, however, they are fresh and the foods taste great. Overall, i would give 4 & half star. Cheers

The hotel looks small but the room is quite spacious. I went with my family of 2 children and the staff were very helpful. Next to the hotel there is a Circle K and 7Eleven which are quite convenient.

A25 is always my first choice when I travel for work. Every time I book through the hotel system, I get a 24-hour stay promotion. This time I booked through Traveloka, the receptionist said it was not applicable, but according to the regulations, check-in is at 2:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 p.m. I was really surprised and disappointed.

The staff is very enthusiastic. From the security guard who greeted us with a smile. The receptionist was very polite. The room is fully equipped with amenities. I saw that the drawers were equipped with needles, thread, toothpicks, and nail clippers. (very wonderful) The room is old but very clean. (Hopefully the next time I visit the facility, it will be newer and more beautiful). The bathroom is clean. Set up many amenities for guests, quite surprising. (shower gel, high-end shampoo....) The breakfast is very satisfying. I don't know the name of the noodle dish because I'm not a local. The food is delicious. There are many choices of drinks and fruits.

Great location to explore the city. My room is small but cozy with excellent facilities. There’s also Smart TV so you can stream music or watch Netflix before falling into a dream.

I have come here 2 times in 2 months and I feel very satisfied every time. From the reception, the way to serve you to keep the car is very enthusiastic. I will come many times next time

The hotel is dirty, the room is not cleaned daily, but the room cleaning is not changing bed sheets. The rooms are too dirty and noisy.

I check-in hotel at 6pm. Dirty rooms must clean the floor by themselves. A25 hotel chain generally should not enter. Ask unprofessional service. I checked out the room 20 minutes late, catching 60k / room. The hotel just does not use for travel. Old room, house door with broken, no drinking water. Floor does not bother sweeping, secret room. the hotel overall is not beautiful

Hotel clean up unclean. The speedometer opens the water without ever knowing the full bugs and ants. The room does not have free water, you want to drink water then one is paid for the hotel, otherwise you have to go to the first floor to get water. Employees face a lack of sympathy. Free breakfast but not tasty.
